Incredible little cafe. I went there on a whim last week and went again today, and I think I've found my new coffee haunt. Staff are super sweet and friendly, service is prompt, and the food and coffee is ... Y'all, seriously, it's insane. I ordered a breakfast biscuit expecting something pretty basic, and instead I got a gourmet delight with real scrambled eggs, gooey melted cheese, a legit fresh biscuit (it was some kinda herb and cheddar I think - it doesn't matter, it was perfect whatever it was) ... And pesto. You need a fork to eat this. In the best way.
Espresso is smooth and balanced, and my latte had the most perfect proportion of frothed milk sitting atop it. For what you're getting, prices are reasonable and competitive. Ample retail parking in the lot off to the side of the building.
I'm an old school Atlanta guy who can be a bit cynical about some of the newer establishments in town, but this place is all heart. Keep doing what you're doing. This is what we...

A short espresso drink like that should be immediately drinkable, but it was steaming, which is never a good sign for espresso. They are pouring shots way too hot resulting in a burnt taste to the espresso without flavor. Atmosphere was pretty lame as well, no music just silence. I asked for my drink “for here” but was given it in a to go cup Which does not seem like a big deal but again when you have a not so great barista it usually means they fill the cup up with more milk than they should because it’s larger than the cup for most espresso drinks. That was the case here making my Cortado more like a...
Read morePeoples Town Coffee is my favorite coffee shop in Atlanta. The owners (Alex, Andy, and Zach), and the rest of the staff (especially Omar!) are all super chill and friendly. They do a great job at both welcoming new guests and recognizing returning customers.
The space itself is sleek and inviting. They have many fresh and delicious pastry/food items, as well as local coffee beans/beers for sale. The coffee itself is consistently great; cortados are balanced and strong. The baristas have also done a great job at listening to customer feedback by tweaking small things like drink temperatures. A great spot to meet with friends or get some work done......
