I love coming to Spreading The Health for all of my healthy food and beverage needs. There is nothing on their menu that disappoints. The smoothies and juices are really good and probably the most popular, but don’t sleep on their breakfast options, wraps, salads and the tuna! It’s all so good. Everything in the juice bar is made with love. The staff is super nice and will explain the ingredients of anything you purchase if you’re a newcomer. If you’ve come across Spreading The Health and didn’t know if you should stop in or not, I highly recommend giving them a try at least once. You won’t regret it!
