Nah. Got a tropical smoothie yesterday. It was not smooth. Had clumpy fruit that was clogging straw when I drink it. I just wanted it to be smooth like a smoothie, not watery after 5 minutes and clumpy. Unclean dishes on counter next to uncovered appear to be tuna salad. While lady with uncovered long braids on her cell phone. I usually never dine out because of things like this. I don't like inconsistent service. 2 stars for greeting me.Cover and refrigerate cold salad or at least cover if just left on counter. Hide unclean dishes from customer's view. It wasn't no one there, could've been cleaning instead on cell phone. Please please please Wash Hands before making drinks and food. She didn't do that at all. I was so desperately looking for alternative healthy choice on my way work but always go with first mind. Next time I will just blend a smoothie at home before work. I love coming to Spreading The Health for all of my healthy food and beverage needs. There is nothing on their menu that disappoints. The smoothies and juices are really good and probably the most popular, but don’t sleep on their breakfast options, wraps, salads and the tuna! It’s all so good. Everything in the juice bar is made with love. The staff is super nice and will explain the ingredients of anything you purchase if you’re a newcomer. The atmosphere was decent aside from the fact that they are directly in the middle of a gym which made it somewhat loud and somewhat difficult to find parking....the menu seemed great but the service wasn't very welcoming so I didn't actually order anything...I wanted something sweet and although you could clearly tell I could have used a recommendation the employee just kinda looked and walked back and forth to the back....so hmm 😒 neither here or there...if you've read any of my reviews you know I'm big...
