We used to eat here regularly but the last 4 times were not good. They have steadily gone downhill since they opened. First of all, we always go through the drive through. The speaker for ordering does not work so you have to wait a long time in line before you can place your order and then you have to wait while they make it. What’s the purpose of having the speaker to order in if they won’t use it or fix it. It would cut down the wait time tremendously if it were working or if it is if they would use it because they could be making the orders while the next in line could place their order. Seems to work out great in Texarkana the last time I visited there. Secondly, I have always ordered the Ranch Special as it’s the only one I really liked but it seems they have switched brands of ranch dressing and I can’t hardly eat it, it’s really sour tasting. I tried it the last 3 times I’ve gone but just can’t stand the sour taste. My husband usually orders the Tex-Mex but tonight he ordered the ranch special just to see what I was complaining about and he agreed it was sour but said that didn’t bother him as much as the burnt bacon bits. Tonight I ordered the chili fries as I’ve had them in the past and really enjoyed them, however this time the chili was so watery, the fries were mushy and soggy not to mention almost cold by the time he got home and we only live about 8 to 10 minutes from there depending on traffic. TIRED OF WASTING MONEY!!!!!! Went there last night, owner lady was there food was awesome. she gave me a sample of the bubble tea, truly grateful went tonight, 2 young boys working there, hardly any chicken or ranch, ordered the number 7, went in side to ask where the chicken was at!!! ask if there was forks in our bags, he said yes, and there was NO forks, food needs to be more consistent with very order. Young boys need to learn to be more professional and have a little bit more courtesy to their customers.
9/10/19 Went there again, just to see if maybe our order would be better but again, none of them knew how to make the correct order, so we ended up wiOh a wrong order, ordered the chicken bacon ranch again had no potatoes inside the burrito. manager really needs to teach her employees on how to make the food proper tired of paying for food, that is not what you ask for!!!! Poor management people think they could just open a restaurant and take people's money without any repercussions. Hopefully it doesn't...
Read moreAlthough I love the food here, the workers should be told to nit try and take in-store orders while at the same time trying to take a phone order because things can get very confusing for the caller and when you decide to pull up to the spot and make your order in person they wanna have an attitude.. I called to make an order and I said I wanted the BBQ fries and all I hear is "You said you wanted chili cheese fries".. I'm like no, I said bbq.. And then I hear "we don't have cookies".. At this point I'm aggravated so I hang up and go make my order in person through the drive-thru and the young African American girl had a bit of an attitude.. Didn't greet me.. Didn't thank me for my order or anything.. All while looking at ne like I did something wrong.. I know you're not obligated to but you'd think having good customer service skills would be a must to work in CUSTOMER...
