Taco Bell — Restaurant in Atlanta

Service gets worse and worse at this ATLANTA TEXAS TACO BELL LOCATION. Whenever KFC left the same building people assumed TACO BELL by itself would actually do better. Instead it survived barely, but has slowly declined. Service has gotten terrible, food has gotten colder and hours of operations that they are suppose to stay open until are inaccurate. Sometimes it's 10 mins early they close, sometimes it's 30. Taco Bell's whole stick is WE ARE OPEN LATE, and they aren't they close earlier and earlier. Staff says in front of people can't wait to get out of here, that let's people PAYING CUSTOMERS local customers and travelers that they shouldn't come there you don't want to be there why should anyone give their money. I am mortified that the employees at this store are so stupid they can't even get an order correct. This is what we ordered and how much we paid 27.54 we ordered #2 3 soft taco sup. ,a #8 dlt sup no tomatoes ,1 LG Dr pepper and 1 dragon fruit freeze ,1stk jalapeño fries and mild sauce . This is what we got in our bag . 2 soft taco sups,1 chulupa, ,2 bean burritos, and a cheese quesadilla, nacho chips with cheese ,LG Dr pepper and 1dragonfruit freeze. Somebody needs to answer to this . We live to far out of town to have to drive back to get it fixed and neither one of us eat the bean burritos . We waited 30 minutes for cold food in the drive through at 9:30 at night. I'd worked overtime and had to pick my son up late and just wanted to get food and go home.

Checked on the food after 10 minutes, they said it would be right out. I'm usually easy going and tired from getting off work and just kept thinking it would come out any minute, but eventually went in to get my money back.

They forgot about us twice and instead of offering it free of charge they gave me a drink I didn't ask for and stale cinnatwists.

I asked what the hold up was and just got an "I honestly don't know".

My baby was in the car and I didn't want to lose my temper in front of him so I just left with my cold dinner.
