Subway — Restaurant in Atlanta

The customer service is great! My vegetarian mom lives less than a mile away from this location. She has dementia and has been eating here 3 to 4 times a week. I visited with my mom today, drove her to Subway, and Janelle, one of the sandwich artisans acknowledged her, greeted her and immediately started to prepare her 12 foot long tofu sandwich exactly the way my mom likes it. Janelle cuts it in half so she can have one for lunch and the other half for dinner. It warmed my heart to know that they Janelle has elevated customer service to a whole different level by dignifying my mom by serving her respectfully even when we may not always be...

IF GIVE THIS LOCATION ZERO STARS I WOULD..... I REALIZE THAT IN EVERYBODY'S MAILBOX THERE ARE OFTEN CIRCULARS OR COUPONS TO VARIOUS RESTAURANTS.... AND I ALSO REALIZED THAT SUBWAY LOCATIONS JUST LIKE MCDONALD'S IN BURGER KINGS OUR FRANCHISES WITH OWNERS...... BUT THEY REALLY SHOULD HONOR THE COUPONS..... WHEN I WENT TO THIS LOCATION I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY AND TOLD NOT TO COME BACK WITH ANY COUPONS...... AND GET THIS... I used to always buy from this Subway. They had younger people and they played great music and was cheerful. My family and I recently bought some subs and My Goodness! The subs were like wraps! Skimpy on the meat, which is now HIDDEN! The bread was soft but it was not fluffy like normal. My husband and I both always struggle to eat the whole footlong.
