Order went unfulfilled for several months. Followed up multiple times via site and email and was assured my order was going to be fulfilled soon. After almost 3 months they replied that the product I ordered is no longer available by the manufacturer. I requested a refund and after a month and another few follow-ups, was told that they have a shipping material/supply chain shortage and it's causing a delay in processing my refund. I had to petition PayPal for the refund.
This may just have been an isolated event, but some proactive measure identifying that the product I ordered isn't available and actually issuing the refund should have occured.

After 6 weeks I asked for a refund, and somebody named Adolf emailed that I was banned from ordering and said I was a "b----h" (no joke). They also called to continue the insults over the phone (which I recorded for future entertainment purposes). Interesting business practices.
As humorous as the situation was, I feel very unfortunate that these people now have my personal information.
