Popped in here just because they are close to my office and wanted to grab a quick sandwich to go. Let me start by saying they appeared fully staffed and the restaurant was fairly empty. Only one person ahead of me and one party already seated with their food. Two working the prep line and one cashier. Ordered a meatball sub with no cheese which is a straightforward order at 12:10 pm. By 12:22, I was asking what’s going on with my sandwich. They told me just a few more minutes. At 12:25, I told them it was my first time there and this is turning out to be a bad experience. I asked if they made my sandwich wrong and the cashier said, “I don’t know. I didn’t make it.” The line cook told her he accidentally made it with cheese and had to make it over. No apology. No attempt to fix the experience. She simply said, it’s coming out now. My sandwich was handed to me at 12:31. Twenty one minutes and $16 to get a meatball sub made with meatballs that come frozen in a bag. How do I know this? I saw them defrosting a bag of meatballs on top of the pizza oven as I was waiting for my food. I gave them the opportunity to make it right while it was unfolding and was simply told, “it’s coming out now”…at 12:30. To add insult to injury, the sandwich was very mediocre. It took me less time to get back to my office and post this review than it took to get my food....

For the record, I have wanted to go to Vinny’s Foreverrrrrrrrrrrr and just have never had the chance to stop in. Welp! That chance finally came and I am elated at the results. LoL!

After leaving a small gathering I had the urge for a slice of pizza. As I was in the Ansley area Vinny’s was at the top of my list… Though it sits in the strip mall Vinny’s has the feel of a stand-alone restaurant when you walk inside. As it was later in the evening there were only a few people in line. The menu has an assortment of options, however, I only had cheese pizza on my mind. LoL!

I tried to place the order on the self-serve screen but it wasn’t working for me. The young lady behind the register was super nice. She took my order with a smile and provided a pleasant interaction.

When my pizza was ready and he called my name you should have seen the smile on my face. LoL. I was super excited. Upon taking a bite of my pizza I think my entire body melted. Oh my goshhhhhhhhh. The fresh flavors of the well seasoned sauce and perfectly blended cheese.. whew. This pizza was exactly what I needed at the moment and any other moment. LoL!!

Being from up North I am very hard on what is defined as a “GOOD” slice of pizza and Vinny’s truly is a GOOD SLICE of Pizza.

If you’re in the mood for some good pizza, stop by and get your fix. You...

My first time here with my son October 11th, 2018 everything was GREAT! The pizza slices are huge and you will be stuffed ordering a couple of slices and getting a drink! The atmosphere was great with the TV's to relax by with a great selection of BEER for your pleasure! The real New York feeling from a real New York place! The crust is thin like it's supposed to be hand tossed not greasy and thick like other places! No overpowering tomato sauce everything is well proportioned reminds me of home (yes I was born in Manhattan and grew up in the Bronx I attended P. S. 132)! Imagine 4 slices of pizza 2 drinks $20 what a deal with great service to boot! The pizza arrives pipping hot to your table stocked full of fresh ingredients piled on high not the bits and pieces of other pizza places full pieces of meat nothing processed! Felt like I was in a pizza place in New York for real try em like us YOU WILL BE BACK! Looking forward to our next trip! They're located in Midtown plenty of free parking! Everything cooked FRESH and made to order they start on your masterpiece when you place your order! Thanks Vinny for bringing a piece of home to Midtown located in the...

It's sad cause I only would order Vinny's Ansley for the longest time. Midtown location was never as good but it seems that lower quality has gotten to Ansley location. The ingredients were sub par, the pizzas are always undercooked but this time was just undeniably the worst experience I've had. I ordered buffalo wings, a coke zero and a pepperoni pizza with ham, onions and green peppers. The ingredients on the pizza seemed like someone went to the Publix next door and used frozen pre chopped veggies on my pizza. And the ham seemed like they got the cheap deli ham and just cut it into tiny pizzas. Needless to say, I wont be a Vinny customer again. Also they put so much pepper and onion that it's ridiculous. I had to further cook the pizza in my oven just to get the peppers and onions cooked down some. The small coke zero was over $4 and the wings were soggy and not very appetitizing.
