Came to visit Atlantic Beach and wanted some fresh seafood and found this place. I noticed this place had negative reviews and I don’t even understand how! If you’re not a nice person please don’t go disrupting this place of business being impatient and rude! For the people who have never been please don’t go off of reviews and try this place for yourself! This place was absolutely amazing. Please note this place is not a very large restaurant and very busy so please expect somewhat of a wait! The food is cooked fresh to order! From my experience we arrived in the evening about an hour and a half prior to closing and had about a 15 minute wait for my party of 2. We were seating outside on the deck. The staff here are amazing and please note they work together as a TEAM! You will experience multiple servers as they all are constantly checking on you. I’d like to give a special shout out to our servers SARA, JOSH, NATALIE, and APRIL! These guys were absolutely amazing. Everyone on the deck during our visit literally praised these employees for their hard work. They were so attentive! We had 3 different cocktails and they all were amazing! We also ordered the charbroiled oysters, low country shrimp boil, and the salmon managers special, and a banana pudding cake to go! The food was sooooooo delicious! We did not leave anything to take to go because our plates were clean. The staff kept us laughing and entertained. It even warmed my heart to see the manager actually come out and speak with her staff with so much passion. This weekend the weather was almost 100 degrees and the staff was offered the next day off to recharge and reload. As a manager myself who loves their employees you can tell that she really cares about her employees and their wellbeing so huge shout out to her as well. If I could give this place 10 stars I absolutely would. You have to give this place a try. We loved it here and will definitely be back! Also just to note we saw a baby crab just wandering around at the restaurant that climbed out of the water. Even it enjoyed the scene. Talk about fresh...

Food here was good, service was good, atmosphere was good. Really my only complaint is that my son wanted the king crab legs so we ordered the special which was 3 pounds of crab legs. The new waitress said that the special was $79 which was $10 less than normal for the 3 lbs of king crab legs so my wife and I agreed and we got them for my son. He said they were great! We received our check, and the waitress informed us that an 18% gratuity was added because we got the crab leg special??? I'm still trying to figure that one out...I will not eat here again because you shouldn't hide costs to patrons and you should be up front when a "hidden" cost is gonna hit your food bill of $195 for 3 people to dine and all I ordered was an appetizer (12 charbroiled oysters), a sweet tea to accompany them and 2 mixed drinks (old fashioneds) although i did ask for Bulliet bourbon which was a $6 upcharge, and my wife ordered the Jamaican jerked meal and a water! That was an absurd upcharge for the crab leg special to say it's $10 less tonight and then add an 18% gratuity to the entire check and also add an upcharge to the bill for "non-cash" payment of nearly $6 even though I paid cash for our meal! Never heard of an automatic 18% gratuity for a table of 3 before! I have brought many people with me to dinners before and I expect to pay a gratuity when there are 6 or more on my tab but honestly, this was an absurd request! Please review this with your wait staff and if this was indeed an error on their part nip that or you may have more complaints over these instances! I paid the bill and what's done is done! Your food and cocktails were good, but not putting the automatic gratuity on your crab leg special board behind us at the bar and the bar waitress not advising before hand was very tasteless and an ill-advised...

It was good food. The three of us waited a while to be seated/greeted. Once seated and a man took our drink order, we were asked by a woman if it would be ok to move to another location at the bar so they could sit a 6 top, which was fine. The woman took our appetizer and seafood boil order. The man followed up and asked if we were taken care of. The woman returned and asked if we had our order taken. We explained again we were atarting with the appetizer and boil, and would order more later if it wasn't enough. We received our delicious crab dip order from the kitchen staff, then noticed the 6 top received their food before us. The man asked us again if we ordered, and we said the lady took the order after he got our drink order and relocated us. The lady told the man she only took our appetizer order, then blamed the other lady for not putting in our order (the man confirmed with the other lady she didn't take it). The lady finally said she'd get us a discount or dessert for the mess up. When I asked for the seafood cracker tool after our boil arrived, the guy returned with one and said we all had to share it. In the end--the lady said we could get a discount or a free dessert, but the dessert was the only option. The funnel cake fries turned out to be good, too. Maybe they were understaffed,...
