McDonald's — Restaurant in Atlantic City

My review about this McDonald's on Albany avenue management sucks at this McDonald's the male supervisor also sucks there's a lot of favoritism at this McDonald's they rather hire people that don't speak English... My daughter applied for this McDonald's she takes everything in the first thing she gets to call back they told her to do her working papers she does her working papers she had to call for code that wasn't the code the supervisor and the manager had my daughter waiting for almost 2 weeks I understand that it was under New Management but as professionals they should have called her they didn't even do that they were so unprofessional she goes in there after school if she speaks to the supervisor he tells her give me a minute because I'm busy had her there for almost an hour so she left. So we have family time and we go to this McDonald's mind you this is like almost 3 weeks later so I just decided to ask what's going on with my daughter so the supervisor come out with a handbook and paperwork telling my daughter doing the transitioning of the new management things got lost paperwork's not going to get lost it doesn't have anything to do with the inside of the office it's just the owners maybe I might be wrong he gives my daughter interview mind you this is the second interview it's all her information does whatever he needs to do gives the rundown to my daughter about McDonalds yada yada then tells my daughter bring your ID and your social security so you can start work the next day he goes in the back waiting for like 20 minutes comes back with a six-digit code and for working papers you need a 8-digit code that was another flag for me. Supervisor comes and tells my daughter not to start the next day to start that Monday he calls her Sunday it tells her that there was going to be a delay on her starting to work because she didn't turn in her credentials we figured since she started that Monday she will go in with credentials and she could start work here's June 3,2024 too many red flags for me don't want my daughter working in an environment that people will look down on her a pic on her for no reason I just have a problem with management how they handle things very...

Was at this location about 9 months ago and it was just nothing special the employees were a little bit rude however I was just back there yesterday at about 4: 30 so it was fairly busy and the renovations that they made inside are definitely exceptional ,however the team that is there waiting on people is what is making that place what it is... I've never been in a McDonald's like that ever!!! their level of customer service has skyrocketed passed a lot of restaurant chains that I happen to frequent, the employees we're trained phenomenally.... they were polite courteous and very attentive... I do believe in encouragement and letting a person know when they do well.....one specific employee that went out of his way to make sure that myself and other customers didn't need anything and that they were completely satisfied is Jamil Camacho... Again everyone in there had an exceptional level of service this young man happened to wait on me and I just couldn't help but to commend and point out how polite he is and a great job he is doing.... I truly hope that McDonald's corporate level acknowledges these individuals.... they deserve it and they only get better when they know that they're doing a great job!!! I've been to five star restaurants and paid extremely expensive dining tabs and I've had better service in the 20 minutes at that McDonald's than I've had at a handful of places over the past few years so again hats off to the upgrades but without that team and the smiles and service that they give it would be nothing... if you have been at this McDonald's before I would highly recommend giving it a second chance it is very clean and updated and again the employees are nothing but a pleasure to be around!!! that being said I would take the extra drive to go to that McDonald's and skip the one that's on the walk (outlets)...thanks again JAMIL...

Only reason why I deal with this place is because it's the closest to my home don't really feel like driving to Arkansas Ave McDonald's but I feel like this McDonald's definitely is very rude I feel like if you're not very well with English you know don't work here or don't work in a you know area where you have to really interact with people because you know you might not understand them but there is one lady that works there and I can't think of her name at the top of my head I do have her number but you will know who she is if you do go in the morning she is so sweet I mean she's always saying thank you good morning and she has glasses and she's I don't want to say heavy step but you know she's light skin but you can just tell from the way that she speaks through the mic and ask for your order she's just so kind and I love it she makes me feel very happy when I go there she makes sure that she gets your order right everyone else has like an attitude problem you know they don't care to check things I've ordered through doordash and got in my order wrong multiple times I just I really don't like the vibe there it's just a lot of problems there and reason why I can say this is because I am a very number one customer I go there every morning every day and sometimes not even just wanted you know time during the day I will probably three or four you know so you would think on somebody's giving you so much business you would be kind to them but I guess not you know it is what it is but I definitely just think that they should work on their people...
