The delivery driver took a hour to arrive to a house in the next town over which is less than 10 minutes away. The delivery driver aslo went to the wrong house! I don't understand how you can't read two different adresses and house numbers. It's elementary work. There's nothing complicated about it. Read moreMy friends and I ordered a pizza from the store online and tried to cancel the order multiple times after calling the store 7 times and not receiving any answer so we figured that the store was closed and they weren't going to show. The delivery person showed up and we told them that we had tried to cancel the order and they said okay and left. About 30 minutes after the delivery person left my friend received a call with a man in the other end being a complete jerk and being nasty with us saying that we never cancelled the order and told us that he was black listing the number and my friend was trying to explain to him that we called multiple times and tried canceling the order online multiple times and he hung up on us. No customer should be treated that way no matter the circumstance. If your store isn't responding like it should be then it isn't the customers fault period. Get some new employees. This store does not deserve anyone's money and needs...
