Dunkin' — Restaurant in Atlantic Highlands

I'm a regular here and usually receive friendly service. I did my mobile order, but a deal from the app didn't add like I thought it did. So when I got to the window and saw the item was missing from my bag, I asked politely about if it was coming out when the woman at the window saw I was still sitting. She asked for my bag back and read the receipt and said my item was never on it. So I go to apologize and tell her that I should have made sure my order was correct before placing it and pulling up, but she got snarky and sarcastic with me and said, "You can read" as she handed my bag back.

I usually blow off these types of encounters because service workers with bad attitudes are common and not worth my energy. But I decided to leave a review this time because as I was eating the other item that did get saved at checkout, I noticed that the bacon on my sandwich wasn't sweet like it was when I usually order -- I got the maple sugar bacon sandwich, but the sandwich she handed me had regular bacon on it.

After tasting it, I realized that she may have gotten an attitude and told me I can read because SHE can't and was projecting on me. I do plan on returning because I honestly don't see her often and know my chances of having her again is low. But her attitude was highly uncalled for, especially when she couldn't read my order...

I will keep updating as long as I continue coming to this location… Multiple orders from this location during the last few months have been created properly:ie:Omelet bites, breakfast wraps, Egg sandwiches, everything bagel bites were all piping hot and freshly made., lattes, refreshers, coffees were all made correctly. Donuts were fresh. My favorite iced matcha lattes are made correct here, GREEN like they’re supposed to be! So I will happily come to atlantic highlands for our Dunkin fixes. Staff is accurate with fulfilling orders, friendly & personable. The young lady & young man handled my order quickly,efficiently & with smiles! We appreciate them! These are our neighborhood kids making your drinks & food! Try leading by example, being patient, kind & tipping them sometimes! UPDATE:: TO THE MANAGEMENT… Please enable & accept orders from Uber eats at this location!

This is my closest local dunkin & we go through the drive-through almost every day. I have a serious matcha latte addiction & we prefer Dunkin’s drinks over the competition. Our coffees & lattes are always made perfectly & our food/snack orders are always as requested. Staff is professional, friendly & personable.I continue to order from this location....

I don't know what happened with the service and quality here. The last three times I or my husband have went they messed up entering the order at the register or during making it -syrups used, hot or cold, multiple things. We usually get a latte of some sort and a second latte, sometimes with oat milk. The coffee always tastes old or burnt lately -nothing tastes good or like it does at another Dunkin. Whatever you do, don't ask for oatmilk either. No matter what you order tastes like they just warmed oat milk in a cup in the microwave and didn't throw in any flavor. It's absolutely awful. At any other Dunkin I've never had a problem with taste or consistency when using non dairy milk. I'm tired of hoping and waiting for the quality to get better, back to how it was or assuming it was just an off day. Whatever style of coffee you like, save your money and...
