KFC — Restaurant in Attalla

My recent visit I did not receive my fries and biscuit for my meal I had ordered, they said they would fix it the next visit. When I returned the next time they gave me free fries and a biscuit but I wanted a combo, because who doesn't want a drink and chicken with their fries and biscuit? So I told them I wanted the chicken and drink as well, what I didn't realize is they charged me more for the chicken and drink alone than the entire combo with fries and biscuit included. So I paid more for the "FREE fries and biscuit" than I would have had I just paid for the whole combo. Because I was on my lunch break I didn't have time to sit and wait for their manager to return to take off the drink and refund me some of the cost. I went through the drive thru during lunch hours. They were very fast getting the food out but the lady who took my order through the intercom didn't see interested doing her job. I felt rushed while trying to order. Once I pulled up to the window they told me my total and handed my food. Once I received my meal the lady at the window slammed the door.
