7/21/2024 @ 1:50pm. Management needs to take a serious look at training their individuals prior to promoting them to management level. I have never met a more incompetent manager anywhere than at this location. I was astonished with the interaction I had with the individual who stated he was the manager. I ordered using the kiosk and requested the grill option (on the kiosk) for my two burritos. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the burritos were not grilled, I then asked if they could grill the burritos. This individual (who stated he was the manager) said they are briefed by the store manager that they are not allowed to grill items which are not normally grilled. I asked why no signs are posted or why the option on the kiosk is not blocked off? This individual noticed that I had the grill option and still continued making my order without informing me of their “no grill policy” or to see if I wanted to substitute with something else. I’m guessing he assumed that I would have to deal with it and didn’t need to ask me. When I asked for a refund, he became a bit upset and surprised. While he was doing the refund I asked for his name and the store manager’s name, and he ignored me and did not provide the information. He simply pointed at the door and said I can call the number listed on the door regarding my concerns. He did not have a name tag and I asked if it is their policy to wear name tags and he said “sir, do you want me to do your refund?”. At this point I noticed this individual was becoming angry as he turned away from me to take deep breaths. He stopped listening/responding to any my questions regarding proper attire and why he did not wish to provide the store manager’s name. He did mention that it was a female and that I can return the next day to speak with her. When he finished with the refund, I noticed the amount was short and asked if he can provide the correct refund to which he became more upset. He said he could not believe I was asking for a refund for not grilling two burritos. Once he finally got the refund correct, he did not provide my receipt and I had to ask for it. This individual had zero knowledge/training on how to deescalate a situation and instead he provoked it by being extremely rude and disrespectful. I have no issues if there is a policy in place, I just did not like that he assumed I would be ok without being informed. All he had to do was just say “sir, I see you selected to grill two items and our policy is to not grill items that are not normally grilled. Would you still like these items without grilling or would you like something else in their place?”. Just a little courtesy was all that was needed, specifically form a manager. Read moreThis is the ONLY Taco Bell in the area that you can Depend on to give you good food. But tonight was the worst fast food experience I have ever had ANYWHERE all due to one employee, Ebone. It's Sunday night and not unheard of for resteraunts to fill with church people who have just gotten out of church. But she obviously had a problem with people coming in at 8:45pm (I guess their lobby closes at 9). She was rude to EVERYONE in the lobby - clapping and yelling to get our attention to ask which door she could lock. Then she proceeded to THROW trays in the floor (not once but three different times) but never once tried to help anyone in the kitchen or drive thru who were desperately working to complete inside as well as drive thru orders. My boyfriend had to wait 10 minutes to get our creamy jalapeno sauce that we had already been charged and paid for because she refused to get it, and instead went to drive thru to sit against the wall to complain about the customers dining in. The drive thru worker LITERALLY had to go get the sauce (as if she wasn't busy enough already). This was absolutely ridiculous.. and everyone in the lobby were made so aware of her bad behavior it was THE talk in the entire store. We all (literally every single one of us / not just my table) got bags to take our food home out of disgust for her behavior. And when i got to my car, it was only 9:15. That is a lousy wau to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS for 15 minutes of your night. Furthermore, I don't believe a successful franchise such as this would be happy to know they employ such HATEFUL and TACKY employees. We came to the drive-through and at the speaker We was trying to order, but we told the girl to give us a minute because we had to figure out what we want and I had to call my mom and ask her what the thing I always get is called. I figured out it was a Chalupa and I asked the lady how much it was and she replied back "I don't know" Then she told us to pull around to the parking lot until we figured out what we wanted and we said OK and so we did. Not even five minutes later, we went back to the drive-through and at the Speaker to order and she had the automatic thing where it says we are closed Come visit Play over and over and we know they wasn't closed because they close at 2 AM so we pulled up to the window and waited there to talk to her. She saw us and ignored us and started eating food So we kept on waiting for her to come open the window and take our order. When she finally came to the window and opened it, she said I'm not taking y'all's order I am refusing your service because you want to play in my drive thru on yalls phone. We only got on our phones, the first time in the drive-through To look up how much a Chalupa was on the Taco Bell app because she wouldn't tell us.
