McDonald's — Restaurant in Attica

I went through the drive through at 9:10 pm. I was literally the ONLY person there. 0 people ahead of me and 0 people behind me. I paid for my order and was asked to pull forward to make room for the vehicles that weren’t behind me. I waited 10 minutes and an employee came outside and walked around my vehicle for some reason and walked back inside. 5 minutes later the same employee walked outside again and then went back inside. About 5 minutes later a vehicle came through the drive through, paid for their order, received their food, and then drove off. About 10 minutes after that an employee came outside and asked if I was waiting on something. I explained that I placed an order 30 minutes ago and was still waiting on it. I was asked what I ordered, I gave the employee the receipt and asked if I could just get a refund which I haven’t received. I was told that my order was given to someone else by mistake. I explained that I was paying attention the entire time and the only other person that came to this establishment left just a few minutes ago. Terrible!! One issue was I tried to get a diet coke and there was NO carbonation in any of the coke machine in the store so I decided to change to tea and I had to wait forever at the counter to get some because there wasnt any in the lobby. Staff was very lazy and not very friendly!! I ordered 6 spicy bbq chicken tenders and I got 4 not very good looking tenders so I go up and tell someone behind the counter and so she said she would get me fresh ones made and she'll make sure theres 6 but after waiting for a little bit she brought me 6 old tasting tenders! Also when I went and told the lady about the chicken tenders i asked if i could get fresh fries with the new tenders because i like eating them together and she said yes well i got my fries not too long after I sat down and of course I got my tenders about 5 minutes later. I ended up throwing away my food because I just couldnt make myself eat them and I was sick and tired of trying to get the right food and fresh. What a terrible waste of money!! So...

i know mcdonald’s isn’t the best but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had at mcdonald’s. The staff was EXTREMELY rude! We ordered our meals as usual with two large drinks. As we pulled up to the window the drink slipped out of the workers hand and fell all over my boyfriend and everywhere into my car. It was clearly just an accident but no “i’m sorry” was said. She just made a disrespectful comment and didn’t give us any napkins to clean up or even offer us another drink. She shut the window without a care. Absolutely unbelievable. Unfortunately we came back for more drinks a few hours later and another worker was at the window. He told us to not be disrespectful to his coworkers or he will bring out the manager. We told him what happened and he said the F word to our faces which is completely unprofessional. (Still not having our drinks after 10 minutes) someone had to ask us again what we ordered.
