Golden Dragon Restaurant — Restaurant in Attleboro

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would. Worst restaurant/people/customer service (or lack there of) I’ve ever experienced. Ordered food at 7:20 on a Wednesday night and was told it would arrive between 7:50 and 8:00. By 8:15 my husband called to check on the order knowing they close at 8:30 and was told that the food was on its way. Well 8:40 rolled around and still no food so my husband called back to see where the food was and the woman on the phone argued with him that the driver delivered it (which he hadn’t). My husband tried asking where the food was placed and was told the front door (which it wasn’t) and told the woman that the driver must’ve delivered to the wrong house. The woman was adamant that we were wrong and said there were lots of cars parked outside of our house in the street….the street is empty and there’s only our two cars in the driveway…so we again told her that the driver delivered to the wrong house. She then told us “that’s too bad we’re closed now” and proceeded to hang up the phone and refused to answer our follow up phone call to try to get our money refunded. Absolute trash of Attleboro…don’t give them your business when they clearly don’t care about their customers nor hiring...

The food was awful. I was so disappointed. I placed my order online and had the food delived to my house because my wife and I were doing a "Spring Cleaning" Friday June 28th and treated ourselves to a nice lunch early in the day with the hopes of having leftovers for dinner. Unfortunately the food was awful, bland, and beyond greasy(even for Chinese Food) so we did not eat it for lunch let alone save it for dinner. That was $31.64 down the drain, or in the trash...I have wanted to call to complain about how awful the food was and how I just wasted $31.64 but I really don't know how to go about it let alone knkw if they woukd even care. And my Wife and I did try a piece of everything in each of the 2 Combo Meals we got to try and get something out of the kind of money we had just dropped, but it was no use. Each of the items included in each of our meals was just awful. Nothing was worth a second bite. And this is sad because we have ordered from the restaurant before and that was not at all how the food tasted. Whatever happened that day has made it so I will never waste my money again ordering from there nkr will I ever recommend...

Golden Dragon Restaurant in Attleboro has very good food. The only problem I find is the location is in a Plaza that is kind of small. The restaurant itself has room for four tables. The food that comes out of the kitchen could easily support a full restaurant type of situation. I think if they expanded into the the space next door to them and made an actual big dining room they would do very well. As it's it's now it's pretty much I take out. I would love to go there and sit and have a nice dinner but what they have for dining room now is actually I'm in the waiting room with four tables.
