McDonald's — Restaurant in Atwater

I just left with a basics order. I asked the name of the shift lead and the crew member at the window after 11pm. First off the shift lead was rude and very unprofessional. He rushed my order and tried over charging me 6 dollars for fries I never ordered. He also disregarded me trying to let him know that my order was wrong. He began to get upset , he slammed the door on my face and walked away from the window. He forgot my two large drinks. I yelled through the window. Hey my drinks. Then Tiffany the crew member shoved my drinks out the window making faces and mean mugging me the whole time. Anuvis was the worst service I have ever had. I will not ever go to this franchise McDonald’s again. His exact words were that we will not get in trouble with corporate. I honestly am so upset I don’t think I care to spend my money at another McDonald’s. I also called to ask about the supervisor information and he straight out refused to help me make a complaint about my issues. Is this what McDonald’s represents now? I want my money...

The woman in the speaker was not thrilled to help, already felt like I should have just drove through... my hamburger was missing the onion and pickles...I thought that's okay, that's fine... my punishment for going out to eat....but then when I pulled out our chicken nuggets one box had 8 and one box had 9...I was upset, I was hungry and normally would have done home but decided to eat in the parking lot....I got out and went in... the manager said words like...I apologize... I'm sorry.... it's a really easy fix .. but it eyes, face, voice and body was screaming... so.. dream with it... he kept touching my food so him bringing me chicken nuggets was fine but then there was a cold one within the new ones... he continued to put his hand in our old bag and touch our dogs and tried to place them in the new bag..I had to stop him and say so touching everything... seriously the boys are open and you are just touching everything....I will not be back to this one... no one looked happy and the moral was down among with I really didn't...

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE star rating I would, I’ve had multiple negative encounters with this McDonalds specifically, their early morning crew and ESPECIALLY night crew are RUDE!!! Their employee Tiffany & Shift lead Anuvis are some of the rudest food service employees, when I made my order he rush me the entire time never repeating my order and when I asked about the price of my order he didn’t want to hear me and he nearly over charged me by half of what I was suppose to pay. The employee Tiffany rolled her eyes and closed the window and proceeded to talk about me like I couldn’t hear her through the glass!!!! I usually love McDonalds but I’d rather drive and extra thirty minutes to a different location than EVER deal with this...
