I had planned a surprise 80th birthday party for Sunday January 20th at my parents house in Atwater. I placed my order for 20 footlongs with Jay store manager on the Friday before the event. Jay took my order on the phone, send me my confirmation via text message. When we picked up the order at 10am it was exactly as promised. We cut the sandwiches up into 3's and placed on platters for our guest. The sandwiches were gobbled up by the guest much quicker than expected so I texted Jay and asked if it was possible to get 10 more in like a half hours time. ( remember this is on a Sunday when most places are short staffed ) Jay texted me right back and said sure. Jay was a life saver to my party. But what is odd is that they keep the meat/cheese lid raised so you cannot see the product through the glass!! Obviously they don't want the customer to see how they gyp the amount of meat cheese you don't get!! Lol. What a bunch sneaks. They got the black olives and onions filled to their brim in plain slide but they don't want you to see the meat and cheese and how little they put on the sandwich you can tell when you hold the sandwich in your hand there's no substance. Read moreI hadn’t tried Subway in years due to declining quality and consistently rude, confused staff. I know that owners have cut back on ingredients, and Subway seems to be fine with that. I recently decided to give it another shot and made an online order. My meal was supposed to come with two sauces, but when I asked for them, a rude lady approached me and demanded that I pay extra. I agreed to pay for the sauces that were supposed to come with my meal, which seemed to annoy her. She eventually said it was okay, but when I checked the receipt, I saw I was charged for two bags instead. So, not only is the food quality still poor, and the staff remains rude, but now it appears that the employees are running scams too. What’s next? Someone making bread barefoot on...
