Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aubrey

I am so extremely disappointed in our entire experience! I understand that we arrived at 1220am, but the restaurant does not close until 1am on Saturday night (8/2/25). The boy at the speaker box/window was so rude and cut me off multiple times. He did not listen to what I actually ordered. We paid over $27...ALL of our food was incorrect. I ordered two tacos with no cheese. We received two tacos with only meat, and there was hardly any meat on them. The cantina bowl was supposed to have double meat and guacamole, but no dairy. There was almost no steak and dairy all over the top. Our crunch wrap supreme and 7 layer burrito has nothing but lettuce and cheese. He did not tell us they had no meat left. He was angry, allowed me to order and then slammed the window in my face after rolling his eyes and taking our cash. I would have preferred that they said they were out of food and let us move on. This has to be the most horrible food I have ever received! I ordered 4 crunchy supreme tacos without sour cream. I am a very observant person. I picked up on the attendant’s behavior at the window. She seemed sneaky! I just noticed it! When I got home and opened these up, there was barely any cheese on them, as you can see in the. The fourth picture is the last one, and I added cheese to it. I couldn’t eat them. They were tasteless. It tastes like they took the meat right out of whatever container it comes in, and just slapped it into the shell and added the other ingredients, lettuce, tomatoes, and a few cheese strings. The meat wasn’t heated or anything! Taco Bell is not my favorite restaurant, but I’ve had better tasting food from there than what I have tonight. Mind you I am starving! Do better people. This is the last time I will be going to this taco bell. The last time I went I ordered online and went through the drive through, I said my name and they told me to wait 10 minutes until it comes through on their screen. And I know it does not take 10 minutes to come through on their screen when I ordered at my house and it takes me 15 plus to get their. This time I went they completely messed up my order. I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and it's just a fat bean burrito. Their is barely any meat in the burrito. Theirs barely any sour cream, and their is absolutely no cheese.
