Hey, pizza lovers! My name is Mr Jerome. I eat pizza about twice a week... I brought my first one back in 2004 I really loved it, very favorable and premium quality toppings. Well, I have been gone for ten years to FL. And I been trying out all of the pizza chains around here. So, I ordered one as was expected the quality ingredients, but to no advil I was surprised that the pizza delivered wasn't as it use to be. The pizza was sparingly with the pizza sauce and sort of cold and not as tasteful as I expected. The toppings weren't as good. But I did call and let them know what I received a was told that I could talk to the manager, I sad no and just ended the conversation. Because I didn't want to wait for a new one or take the chance of having them bring me back another one and be disappointed. So now they have been moved to the bottom of my go to pizza store. Next time I am going to go to the store and order another one just to see if it will be better, because I understand that we are all human. Thxs for reading my...
Read moreI order this pizza when I come into town and stay in this area because of convenience to the hotel but I can say that almost every time, somethings a little wrong. Most times, and like today, I say old world pepperoni but get regular and I asked for ranch today and got the cheese dip...the front desk asked assumingly other employees if the ranch was in the box, then said themselves, oh yes it is because i put it in there...but you didnt. It gets annoying to pay $27+ with tip to not get the right toppings on one pizza ordered and the correct side sauce. I get it, people make mistakes, just have more double checks. I enjoy old world for the taste, it crisps up, but i still enjoy the motz bread without sauce, its really good if you want a real cheesebread. I prefer the hand tossed round to the thin crust after having tried to the two. They are plentiful with their toppings and thats always appreciated, i just wish the "quality control check" of it...
Read moreLet me start with.... A quality pie is not difficult.
Let me follow up with.... I think Guido's is the best pie around here.
I have received the same quality from them every time. The toppings are plenty. The portions are perfect. The crust is even all the way around. Tossed great, not to thick. Fluffy and light, as opposed to sitting like a brick in your stomach. The flavor of the sauce is Amazing. I get 2 cups on the side with my pie. I even had a driver pull a pizza out of the heat bag vertically once (which scared the crap outta me) but I opened the box to see the pie still perfectly intact.
There's alot of good pizza out there with alot of....flair, which is cool 'sometimes'. And there's alot of bad out there that needs to be wiped off the planet. I don't think I could ask for a better pizza.
The same EVERY TIME. It should not come as a surprise how so many places cannot achieve that, but...
