So this is the third Subway I drove to where they tell me in some way shape or form that they are not accepting the corporate coupons. I'm a single mom on a budget so I am a couponer, I went to the subway on Walton and Baldwin and Pontiac and they told me they were only taking select coupons but not the 399 6-in sub coupon which I was trying to use for myself and my children so we went to this Subway in hopes of being able to use my coupon and they told me at the Lapeer location that they weren't taking any coupons at all that they could cash me out but their system would not allow for them to scan any coupons š my issue with Subway in my main issue is that if your stores can't afford to accommodate the coupons then stop sending me a million in the mail! I get a Subway coupon every week in the mail but every time I go to Subway I can never use them! I should not have to drive to Rochester hills to use my Subway coupons when I live near three different adequate subways that will never accept the coupons! I am wasting gas going to these locations where they won't accept what I've been given please make this correction to either one and force the stores to accept or be stop sending Us coupons if the company can't afford...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited this Subway during my lunch break and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the young man working asked if I had an online order or would be placing an order. He was already helping someone, and I told him I needed to place an order. After helping the gentleman in front of me, he started making another order without acknowledging me. There was no one else in front of me. I waited for about two minutes, and during this time, another customer came in behind me to wait. I then waited another full minute before deciding to leave.
As I was leaving, another woman walked up and asked the customer behind me if she was placing an order, completely ignoring me, and started making the order of the customer behind me. I will not be coming back to this Subway if I'm going to be ignored. I was on my lunch break and had limited time, so I do not appreciate people who don't value others' time.
I went to a local burger franchise and had a great lunch. If the Subway restaurant sees this, please don't ignore your customers. If another order needs to go in front of mine, that's fine, but at least inform me or ask me to wait for a moment. Don't just ignore the person standing in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow, the older lady who works here seemed so irritated that I came in. They looked closed and I think she wanted it that way but it was a little after 1:00 pm on a Saturday so I knew they should be open. I asked for one of the new wraps and when I asked for extra onion she promptly told me she cannot put more than what goes on a 6 in portion. (The one time she seemed happy was when she was able to shut me down on something) I said thatās strange, we always get it with a little extra onion and she said no you donāt, I assure you we do. I asked if there was a reason for it or if something had changed and she said you canāt get extra on the wraps because she has to close it. I said I just donāt see how it makes sense because I could add three more separate veggies and get those but not a little extra onion... Very odd policy and mainly the thing that upset me was the terrible customer service. If you donāt want to work there then donāt. Donāt come in and give the customers a bad experience and the...
