Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

Dont bother with this Jimmy John's, they tend to have a bad attitude. And are not accommodating to people who have trouble getting through thier ridiculously tight and winding driveway for thier drive through. I often have to haul a trailer around when out for lunch because of work and cant make it through most of the drive through around here and apparently this location isnt serving people inside. So I asked the worker who came to the door if I could order at the door since I could not make it through the drive through. She told me they are not letting anyone in at this time I said I had no intentions of walking in, rather that I wished to order at the door from outside. She said she would have to get the manager. I said ok. The manager returned to quip that we are not letting anyone in at this time. Simply put they wont go through the effort of walking 10 feet to get an order at the door rather than thier window. I guess you could stand in the drive through if that would make them happier. As I exited my car in the parking lot I've noticed one of the Jimmy John's employees leaving his car with food service gloves on. I entered the store directly behind the employee. I placed an order for a turkey Tom with bacon and extra mayo. The employee that walked in the store directly in front of me joined his co-worker at the counter and immediately obtained a roll and started cutting it. He DID NOT change his food service gloves after entering the store. I asked if he could change his gloves and he started to. At that time another employee cutting another roll made this comment to me; " You don't know if those are the same gloves" I did know they were the same gloves and the comment should not have been made at all! I immediately canceled my order and left. Unfortunately I will not return to any Jimmy John's establishment again. This lack of service and attitude of the employee should never...

Just had the strangest experience. The older man who was repeating “I’m not your boss anymore” to his staff was just rambling on and on chaotically which I’ve only in extreme mental disorders or under the influence of substance abuse. I tried to order on the drive through but the weird chaotic rambling made it impossible so I came into the store to figure out what was going on. It was very weird. When I came in store he was rambling nonsensically about my request for Minute Maid zero which they “don’t have and never have” and I had to say “I’m right here, please don’t do that”. (There is Minute Maid zero sugar offered at this store. I just took my cup and filled it myself.)

To management, this occurred 6/21 445pm. White male 6ftish with blue eyes. Please look into this. It was very odd and I felt concerned for the other coworkers. I hope they’re ok and I hope he is okay too and gets any help...
