This place is employed by children who cannot read nor can do math and also have no idea what the word hospitality means and taking care of the customer who is using their cash their money that they made and the product that is being served that they are supposed to provide as their job. Sorry for all the days and there's I'm sure you get my point. anyway yes this is your run-of-the-mill local McDonald's on the freeway right before you leave to go out of town I ordered two breakfast sandwiches that are actually on the dollar menu I ordered them without me because we are vegetarians on the receipt I got to $4 sandwiches egg and cheese on a bun wow $3 sandwiches when I see the ones full of dead pig for $1 and I menu. So there's a problem there second I ordered clearly a large hash brown me not knowing is the consumer that that doesn't exist. They only have single hash browns. But the person taking my order didn't tell me that therefore I received one single hashbrown when it was a meal for two people. We still could have done this a we don't have large hash browns would you like one two more? But he clearly doesn't know how to do his job. upon receiving my food I opened up the bag and I looked at the receipt and I asked the teller a few questions as to why my order was the way it was I literally was looked at like I asked him who created the Earth and when the apocalypse scheduled to happen. so basically I grab my food back at grab my receipt and I just drove off angrily I gave my child most of the food and now I'm about 40 miles away writing this review and telling you all to avoid using this establishment go down the street about another mile and you'll find another McDonald's whatever you do don't support the people that own this franchise in the employees that they have chose to hire they are incompetent they're uneducated their idiotic and they do not deserve more than $2 an hour from the service that I just received today. And they want $15 an hour well if your service actually emulated that amount per hour then I would agree but your service today emulated that of an infant. My rant is over enjoy the read and most of all don't forget to order a side of large hash browns because those...
Read moreI am 54 years old, I've been a customer of Mickey D's my entire life, I've eaten in foreign countries, numerous states breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've had good experiences and bad, I've always come back because of the consistency, the food is good, not great, not amazing, but good and that's fine by me. This is the first time in thousands of visits I felt a need to write a review. We all know the feeling of seeing that long lunch line in the drive thru, is a Big Mac worth the wait? There was a decent line in the drive thru at noon, too be expected. The lady on the speaker was very nice, too be expected. What was a shock was the speed, cars were flying thru this line, order and at the window to pay in under a minute, I thought for sure they were parking these cars for longer waits but nope. I didn't even have time to put my card away and I was at the pick up window, the last was already handing out my food as I pulled up, it even asked her, was it someone else's order? She just smiled said no. I was shocked, I made it to the speaker, the pay window and then pick up in under 2 minutes and the same for everyone in front of me. I order the same thing every time Double quarter w/cheese no onions meal, it was so hot I had to pull over to eat, fries must have just come out of the fryer.
The food was great, and hot, but fast I couldn't believe how fast. I hope corporate takes note of this team, they're dialed...
Read moreI took my kid to get a treat May 29, 2015 at about 7:00 PM estimate. I paid, waited for the change and a teen with curly brown hair counted it out. I noticed he tried to give me a Canadian penny. Okay some ppl are okay with that but I dislike getting Canadian coins. I asked to get a US penny instead since technically this is not legal tender in this country. He just said I closed the drawer and looked at me. Okay no problem. It was busy enough I said I'll just wait for the next one because we still had to wait anyway. I said this was nothing to do with him. I just don't like receiving CAD coins. He then said well they are accepted there. I said great, you can take it or give it to someone else who is okay with that. After that he made me wait through 2 more people and purposely did not get the treat (McFlurry) for my 10 year old until after 3 more orders were rang up. Kind of sad to take it out on a kid. By the way this was the same kid who ran my card twice in the drive through and I had to go to the bank to get the duplicate charge reversed. Lesson learned when you go to this McDonald's do NOT use a card and use EXACT change. Or go to another since there are a lot of them around. Or better yet, start eating healthier and avoid...
