Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Auburn

By far the worst Chick-fil-A experience you could find. Every time I go it's always something. As of today, Sept 8, 2025, my experience was probably the end of my patronage at this location. All I ordered was a sweet tea. A sticker with my name was printed off and stuck to the soda fountain, where it remained neglected by all line workers for over 10 minutes before I pointed out the order's existence. You have to micro manage your own order here because if you don't you may go without, even though you get a text from the unnecessary partnership with grubhub telling you it's ready for pickup. I don't care if I have to drive to the location near the mall, it would be well worth the hassle over dealing with this location or the one on...

If you order at 11:30am get ready to pick it up at 2:30pm with the wrong order. The food is cold that I did receive, and one napkin for two meals… either the people running it needs to be fired or this Chik Fil A in particular just needs to be avoided. Every single order I’ve done here has been wrong. Thank God for the Student Center Chik Fil A staff....
