McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

As someone who worked here for nearly 3 years, I’m saddened to see how downhill this store has gone since I left a little over a year ago. Almost every single time I come through (mostly at night), the same workers are there. I’m rushed each time in drive thru & the workers sound miserable & like I’m an inconvenience. All they say is “anything else? anything else?” & the price. I’m never spoken to after I go to the windows. The workers are either in their phone in plain sight or they are too busy taking other customers orders to greet me & actually read back my order & price. I have never had anyone use the ‘Ask, Ask, Tell’ method that was preached when I worked here. They just take my payment, take the order, & hand me my receipt/change without even looking at me. Then when I get to the 2nd window I wait while the workers do other things when I usually only order drinks, which takes 30 seconds to pass out. I am never greeted at the windows or hardly spoken to unless i get more than a drink, even then it’s rare. (this only applies to evening/night workers, everyone in morning crew is always cheerful). Last time I ordered 2 drinks, one was wrong, I went back they fixed it, i got home only to find that there was a small cup of drink inside of a large cup so i didn’t even get a full drink. Very upset! I used to work at McDonald's for 3 years. I asked for a Oreo mcflurry. I said I'd like my mcflurry half full with extra Oreos. I paid for extra, that's all dandy. Well I get handed the mcflurry and it's half full with no extra Oreos if anything it's less. So I ask the cashier can I please get more Oreos. She replies that is extra and argued with me instead of Just making her customer happy she argued with me.. so I said ok scince I paid full price for the mcflurry plus extra for " special request" with no extra Oreos then give me half of a mcflurry. She wanted the original mcflurry, and would do it again with a full mcflurry. I said NO ILL KEEP THIS ONE and give me a half full mcflurry. Long story short I had to get the manager and she still fought me on it being extra Oreos ....how would you know did you watch her dispense the Oreos yourself because I watched and you did not...she did end up giving me the other half of ice cream with no Oreos. When I used to work at McDonald's when someone asked for more Oreos I'd give it to them. Is the cost of Oreos coming out of your pocket? This location as well as the Lewiston location have changed so much. I saw and heard they just got a new supervisor and each location got new GMs. All I can say is all three of them are absolutely atrocious. You can hear the Lewiston GM screaming at his employees in the back, I quickly figured out who the Center Street GM is and from what I understand he is lazy and all he wants to do is fries, and the supervisor of both is awful. I don't know what her name is but she needs to get demoted. From what I understand they're all from the Winslow location and after seeing these three working hopefully I never have to go through winslow. The female supervisor I have seen screaming at managers in Lewiston in front of customers, and I've seen her lack of supervision professionalism and lack of common sense to help her employees at both locations. All three of these should be removed from these stores, then maybe things will get better. Im not sure what the woman's supervisors are thinking but until this is rectified I will be informing my friends and family to no longer go to any of Gobles stores. Not sure what the owner is thinking either, but I'm suspecting he has no idea what his supervisors or GMS...
