Taco Bell — Restaurant in Auburn

I recently visited a newly built Taco Bell location, and overall, my experience has been very positive. Here's a detailed review:

Atmosphere

The new building provides a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The interior is modern, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant environment for dining. Comfortable seating and a well-organized layout enhance the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this location welcoming and enjoyable.

Food Quality

For the most part, the food at this Taco Bell has been excellent. Four out of the five times I visited, the meals were hot, well-prepared, and flavorful. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was appealing. Whether it was a classic Crunchwrap Supreme or one of their newer menu items, the food generally met my expectations for quality and taste.

However, there was one occasion when the food fell short. The potatoes in my meal were dry, and the food was cold, which I believe was due to an employee error rather than a systemic issue. This single instance of subpar food slightly marred an otherwise consistent track record of good meals.

Service

The service at this location has been commendable. The staff are generally friendly and efficient, contributing to a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Orders are typically prepared quickly, and the staff seem attentive to customer needs. Even during busy times, the service has remained reliable, which is a big plus.

Overall Experience

Despite one minor hiccup, my overall experience at this Taco Bell has been very good. The great atmosphere of the new building, combined with consistently good food and reliable service, makes this location a standout. It’s clear that the staff take pride in maintaining high standards, and I look forward to returning for more tasty and affordable meals.

Night Shift manager and associates are very rude called due to a simple online order mistake and they handled me very rude before hanging up the phone in my face without handling my issue. I was told by another store manager to contact them about my issue. I do not recommend anyone to eat there or to give them their business if they like to have issues address in a kind manner

My problem ordered at the wrong location was told to get a refund. They told me that’s not their problem and hung up the phone in my face. I’ve called several times and no one will answer. This taco bell started off very strong. Probably the best taco bell I've ever had. In the last 3-4 months I've noticed the quality of the food diminish drastically. I like to do a pickup order around 6-7PM for dinner sometimes and the last four times my food has tasted like it has been in the freezer a little too long. Mostly anything with a tortilla has a had a really strong freezer taste. Also the beefy 5 layer (my fav burrito) has had an extra chemical taste that isn't pleasant.
