I brought up my sandwich to the counter to inform them they were missing an item in my sandwich. I ordered the new Pretzel Pub Burger, a #8 i believe, which comes with crunchy onion straws. I was told they were out of them. I asked why I wasn't informed before selling me the sandwich when they were missing an ingredient from this menu item. They said they didn't know; their co-worker made the sandwich and didn't tell them. I was then asked if I wanted a refund to which I agreed. As the manager was drawing my money, another worker in a blue fleece came and demanded the sandwich. I told him I still intended to eat it (as i was hungry and didn't want to wait for another since this incorrect burger took 12 minutes to make for some reason). By this time, five workers came together to witness this spectacle. He told me if I asked for my money back, that they needed the sandwich- I couldn't have both. I told him that wasn't the deal I made- I didn't ask, I was OFFERED my money back and accepted. I said nothing of a return. He abruptly said- well this is the deal now. I told him to keep his money and sat down. A young crew member offered me pickle chips as a replacement which i thought was good of him, but unfortunately it actually made the sandwich taste worse. The youngest crew member tried though! I really don't know at which point in this interaction the management thought they were performing good...
Read moreSeems like my experience with this chain is absolutely dependent on the location. Unfortunately, this location was a total let down - twice. The first time I used the drive through window and of course I was in a hurry. I get to my location to find they forgot straws & napkins. They also added mayo to a sandwich which I specifically asked for it not to be added. I asked them to repeat my order and they got it right but between placing the order and receiving it they managed to forget.
The second time I stopped by I decided to go in to make sure I got the right order plus napkins etc. I asked for one of their new specialty burgers and the cashier seemed to understand what burger I wanted. However, I get to CMMC where my boyfriend was a patient and hadn't been able to eat for 5 days and sure enough they gave me a totally different burger. To add insult to injury it was one that my boyfriend found repulsive! Nothing worse than seeing someone that hungry disappointed by their dinner.
On a good note both times the fries were VERY hot & fresh. So much so that they were actually still warm by the time I got up to his room!
I'll give this place one more try but if the third time is a strike ......
Read moreWent to the drive thru and stated that there were two separate orders in our car. They took two orders and gave two totals. We drive up to the first window, they take our payments (both debit cards) and we realized that something got messed up and the first payment was for the wrong amount and the second order was higher than we thought it should have been. Pull up to the next window and explain what is going on and the first lady said well I can get a manager and refund it and we told them that the first card was charged wrong (for a mobile order that they said was impossible for us to have paid for even though the last 4 digits on the card matched the number on the receipt). They tell us if we got charged for the first receipt they will refund us. The second payment was the two orders put together. That was fine but we didn't even get all of our food??? We only ended up getting half of it. Honestly the whole thing was a mess and I feel like they didn't even bother listening to us and made us feel like "oh you have your food now go away" That was probably the WORST customer service I...
