I want to personally update my original review from years ago. Around the time of the COVID pandemic, we had a less-than-perfect experience and gave Almond Express a 2-star rating. But since then? This place has become one of our family favorites.

We’ve been back many times since, and the food, service, and overall experience have all improved tremendously. Our go-to now is the pan-fried rice with chicken wings and a drink included—flavorful, fresh, and always satisfying. The portions are generous, and the taste is consistently on point.

One bad experience doesn’t define a great business. What matters is consistency over time, and Almond Express has delivered. I even remember the young man who used to be a kid with an iPad or tablet—now he’s taller than me! It’s been a joy to watch the family grow and the business thrive.

🙏🏾 With respect and...

I was optimistic walking in this place, looking at it from the outside. I decided to try them out. My food order was correct, however my chicken wing shrimp fried rice was not what I hope for. The rice was okay but the wings tasted old, like they were from yesterday. I came in right after they opened I have seen restaurants save wings from the day before, not justify it at all, just saying you don't give customers food from yesterday. Your suppose to throw it out. I asked the Chinese lady up front to re cook it with fresh wings but she looked at me crazy, like she does not know English all the sudden. It is okay, I threw my food in the trash and walked out. I will not be back, I expect good food, when I pay with my hard earned money, they need to treat...

Ordered the Sesame Chicken with Beef Fried Rice with Two Egg Rolls. Truly enjoyed Everything. The Sesame Chicken, The Beef Fried Rice, and. The Egg Roll. The food came in a big enough portion that, depending upon your appetite, you'll either have left overs for later on, the next day, or the next two days. The inside temperature is a common issue amongst the customers... It's chold, Momma, lol. If they could send a text to customers who decide to wait in their vehicle for the food, it could be a plus. But, all in all, Good Food in a Big Portion always gets a Thumbs Up, so there's that. I'll definitely come back again other food offered...
