We ordered 3 pounds of clams and 2 of the 1/2 low country boil. The taste was ok. The clams could have been fresher. The seasoning was more butter than anything. I actually added some lemon juice and a little white wine to enhance the seasoning. I would have given them an extra star but I had four... 4... FOUR clams that were not open. I would expect that if I was getting one of the steam in a bag seafood combos from another spot, but these were placed in a tray/ take out box. They could see clearly that 4 clams did not open. They should have thrown the unopened ones out. I haven't experienced that (unopened clams) yet from the steam in a bag seafood place and we normally order clams on a regular from them. CK's clams were not the freshest and the fact that you gave me 1 unopened clam in 2 trays and 2 in the 3rd tray make me think it was done on purpose to preserve a few in stock. That or they just were not fresh and you don't check what you give your customers. I haven't been to CK in a long while and figured I would go back to support them. The quality was lacking though. Not sure when or if I'll return. Fresh seafood shouldn't be hard to accomplish...

A man came out from the back of the store and informed the young lady behind the counter he was running to the store. Keep in mind, that I am the only customer in the store at this time and I am sitting at the door. As he proceeded to walk out I spoke by saying, "hello". He ignore me and walked out the door. I am a customer and you are the owner and you couldn't speak? I told the young lady behind the counter how disappointed I was and she apologized on his behalf and said maybe he is having a bad day.
I will not give them any more of my business. Customer service is the key to me returning to support your business. You just lost a customer that visits your establishment...

Well we order a big tray which was 147.00 the person behind the counter over seasoned the food so we could't enjoy what we paid for . The next day I called the Manager she said she would accommodate me. When I got there the only sea food that was in the tray was muscles and corn on the cob. We paid for more than a pound of crab legs maybe a pound of dungeon crabs muscles and corn on the cob. I was very upset, Yes I wasted a lot of my hard earned working money and couldn't enjoy what we paid for. The management sucked and I'll never return there. There no Corporate number because I was going to give them a peace of my mind...
