Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs — Restaurant in Augusta

First of all, the lady who took my order was very rude, she acted as if she was doing me a favor verse me being paying costumer. Seond, I attemptedto order there advertised 4 ft special and she rudely said "no", I assummed they wouldn't make it because it was 1 hour before closing. The funny thing is that she turned around and sold me 3 family subs. The total size is more then 4ft and $10 more ($45 vs $35), she even charged me extra for vinegar and oil on the side. I would say I'm confused but I'm not surprised from the bad attitude from the beginning. But this is what bakes the cake, or this case, bakes the bread, I got home and realized I had 4, 12inch subs.

Correct me if I'm wrong, hold on....let me get my_toes involved in this math. 12x4=48, 48inches=4ft, somebody got that calculator?

Better yet, I thought the family subs were 19 inches, I aint doing no more math, all I know is I got hustled by that rude, fourth-point-of-contact woman.

Just will not bring my business or $$ back, just will stick to Jersey Mike's where I know what I'm getting and the service is a bit more professional. Trying to stick with local businesses, sshhhhesh! Some can mess it up for others.

Guess you have to lower your expectations. All in all, I will say if the attitude was better I probably could have said something postive about my expirence.

Last time for me! I have been to this place several times, but after today this is it for me. I ordered the half "American Special." The rude lady owner took my order, she was wearing gloves taking peoples money, etc. She never changed her gloves and started helping the guy make the subs. The Sub making guy is no better. He makes the subs with gloves on, yells in his hands, "order-up" and continues to make the subs with the gloves. NASTY! As he is making subs for various orders, any left over lettuce, or onions, they scrap back into the bin with the fresh ingredients. I had pieces of onions in mine and I said no onions. They never change their gloves. This location will not give you ANYTHING extra, without a fee. They don't have Salt & pepper, just oregano. The other location on Wrightsboro Rd has these things and they also have packs of Mayo, Salt, Pepper, Mustard, forks, & spoons that you can grab on your way out. Not this place, they charge extra for EVERYTHING! They don't serve soup like the other location. Subs are suppose to be 6 1/2 inches long when you look on the Baldinos Website. These subs barely come in at 5 inches long and hard bread. They need to do better. Change the gloves out after each sub is made. Stop scraping used lettuce back in the...

Ordered 2 subs mine was steak they made it in rear of kitchen couldn't see it made which I didn't like then the lady brings it up front with no gloves on so I'm sure she had none on when she made the sandwich anyways my wife sandwich was made up front they slide the bread across an old piece of wood then to the area where they prepared it she gets the sandwich and there is a long black hair from one of the lady's that don't wear hairnets so we take it to counter they say they will make another one but my wife didn't want it so we got the money back as we go to leave I hear one lady ask the lady at counter do you want me to throw it away she says no take the meat and cheese off and save it i was so disgusted I said something to the lady she told me to get out and never come back gladly.
