This post is a little late as I ordered flowers for a funeral in June. A friend Mother passed away and I needed to send flowers. I looked on D & K's website and chose a beautiful flower arrangement on a stand. But the funeral was upon us and I didn't know where it was to be held. I spoke to Lynn at D & K, and she tried to help me find the information I needed, but we weren't having any luck. So we went ahead and placed my order. The arrangement had blue flowers and white daisies (which were important for sentimental reasons). I asked if they could add a few pink flowers to balance for boy and girl grandchildren. They added the most beautiful pink roses. The arrangement was very beautiful and Lynn was a joy to talk to. Lynn and the and staff were so patient and helpful. When the arrangement was completed they sent a photo for my approval. If you are in need of a floral shop I highly recommend D & k ! They are kind and compassionate in your time...

I have been on both sides of the business transaction of D and K. Routinely, I order flowers to be delivered locally and outside of their delivery area from D and K. The customer service is superb. The heart they place into every order is amazing. I have NEVER had a bad experience. People who have received flowers prepared and delivered by this team have called back with rave reviews. They have truly cornered the market on excellent customer service and producing floral masterpieces! And I have been on the receiving end as my husband cut his allegiance with another company when he heard the rave reviews of D and K. At the moment the doorbell rang I understood why others are so blessed. You can see their heart throughout the gift. If you need flowers delivered in this area D and K is the place. D&K provided me with excellent customer service from the moment the phone was answered. Initially, they stated they could not provide me with the service because they was extremely overbooked for various parties already.(I need flower arrangement with in a couple hrs). She actually gave me the number of another shop which i love other business supporting other in the same industry. I told them that I appreciate the referral but I heard that they was the BEST!!! And for this moment I needed the best. I was asked what family I was send by my surprise they was already doing flowers for the same family. Bottom line is this shop is way better than a 5 ⭐️.
