I bought Ketzel One Vodka on 07/21/2023. I decided to exchange it with Amsterdam Vodka to give to my sister on 07/23/2023. The bottle was never opened. The cashier explained that the manager will have complications with the receipts from doing exchanges or refunds. That right there tells me and everyone else who is reading this that this lady don’t know what she’s doing, being difficult with customers, and I guarantee she’s very rude! Why take this position if you don’t know what you’re doing? Why be difficult and not realizing that without customers..there’s no business?
