I’m very upset and disappointed in my son and now daughter in laws wedding cake! They paid an excess of $650 for a very plain cake that was supposed to Situation be loaded with florals. It was very basic and after complaining of course they said the contract said no refund I didn’t want a refund. I wanted them to understand that the most important day of my son and daughter-in-law‘s life was l absolutely traumatic for them since the cake is one of the most important elements of a wedding. . I have the inspo pic and I also have a picture of the actual cake. They look nothing alike. I wish there was a place to post the actual pictures on my review working for a planner in Charleston. I loved the attention to detail for the cake tasting and it is worth the price, after all, they put time into prepping it and spend their time with you reviewing what you want and all of the details!
