I’ve been going to this McDonald’s every morning for 2 coffees totaling about 7 dollars a day for the last yr and on one of the drinks i have to get remade at lease 2 days a week but I can’t complain cause they do fix it no problem most days some days I don’t even bother and just throw it away but last week I went on Friday night at around 10 1went threw the drive to order I placed my order and did not move for 12 min at the order box so by the time I got to the pay window another few min went by I ask the lady since it took so long I would come in to get it if I needed to so my food wouldn’t be cold cause I didn’t mind to wait I get to the 2 window then she pulls me up for frys after waitin nearly 30 min total they bring me my food I’m driving home took a bite something seemed weird about it but it was dark so I get inside open my sandwich it was slap raw my husband seen it and took it back down there cause if I would have went I’d would have went to jail after what that manager said to him When he took it back she ask him why we took a bite ??? Makes it seem like we was just trying to get a new sandwich so she dgaf that I had ate a raw sandwich she was worried he was trying to get free food cause it’s almost like bc I ask the if I need to come in since they were busy they done it deliberately idk but the fact that when we called the manager they didn’t care we was post to get a call back that was last Friday we haven’t heard nothing I kept the sandwich she give me my money for that sandwich this place needs some serious overlooking or something I can tell you they don’t care about what goes out that window there is a few on morning that are amazing but I’ll never go here again I live right up the road and I’ve been traveling 15 min to tobacco rd for the last week So y’all please pay attention cause I know it’s happened a lot there I guess it will take someone to get sick sue or die b4 someone does something about it I’d give no star if I could To the owner : ur loosening tons of...
Read moreAfter coming from the tobacco road location, because they didn't have any breakfast sauce to this deans bridge location was very unusual. I drove 8 minutes to expect a civil dialog and smooth exchange on my lack of breakfast sauce on my bagels from the first location. Walked in and made my situation known and the service I received was unwarranted and unnecessary. Told them I needed breakfast sauce, because the last location didn't have any sauce at all. The response I received was ridiculous. "You have to pay for the sauce." WHAT? I never got any sauce, so why would I pay for something at another location when the last location dropped the ball. The manager and I went back and forth for 10 minutes and she couldn't understand my situation. I'm not paying for sauce when the last restaurant didn't have any at all, which I repeated a hundred times already. I stayed put until I received the sauce for the naked bagels I got from the other location. After a while, I received the sauce with employee eyes on me like I was stealing it or they didn't believe me to begin with. I responded, "Call the tobacco road location and they will tell you the situation." After receiving the sauce I realized it wasn't enough, so I sent it back for more. They struggled with my request to no avail and they added more. Now I wouldn't have made this poor review if it wasn't for the lack of hearing me out. Your other restaurant inconvenience me. I'm not hear for extra sauce when I never received any at all. It was like my words never registered and all I got in return was flack. My bagels were damn near frozen cold due to the major inconvenience I experienced. Read moreDuring my evening visit to this location, drive-thru personnel were fairly decent. I was given a badly printed receipt which I could barely read out of. I was told to pull up at a reserved parking spot to wait for my order. When an employee walked up to my window, he asked me what my order was in a very hostile manner. I replied with at least 3/4ths of my order which I could only recall at best during this brief moment. Received my order on the spot, and it was missing an item that was part of a $3 combo. I went to the counter shortly after, repeated my order again, and got the missing item, but I received it with the employee's blunt ignorance and without receiving a sign of courtesy even after I kindly said, "thank you." I went to this location on three separate occasions and the fries were always soggy, greasy, oily, and never crispy or salty. No ketchup or any sort of condiment. It is not normally something a customer would always have to ask for. I remembered ordering only a Travis Scott Burger, and I was charged for the entire Travis Scott Meal. I also remembered stopping by the drive-thru a couple more times, and no one was there at the drive-thru or indoor counter to take my order despite the fact that the posted hours are 24/7 during the time of my visits and when writing this review. On a lighter note, all the burgers I had ordered here were good and tasty.
