Worst service ever#I called in an order at 1042am on 3-21-2021 all I order was a all star breakfast with 2 extra sausage cheese in grits and eggs I was told 15mins I get there 1115 to pick up order its cold and raining I leave my car running thinking order would be close to ready I was ask by someone call in or place order I said call in Jackson they don't have my order but have someone named Jaime with double bacon and stuff I didn't order then my order is retaken at 1122 now it's still not ready at 1200 I leave a customer says lord you was here before me and I been here 45 minutes!wow these people really needs to be retrained!how do you mess up such a simple order!I waited so long I ended getting food from China city with only a 10min wait I will never order from waffle house deansbrige rd ever again I will spread the word on their poor customer service!!!people were walking out from dining in because they wasn't acknowledged then people waiting were receiving wrong orders!I wasted time and gas these people are horrible the little girl was wearing braids in here head short brown skinned is the girl who took my phone order and same person who waited on me when I arrived!they were calling here T of D Nick name I'm assuming!worst service ever!they did even...

Everytime I go, food is phenomenal. Now funny story time. My mom always drags me to places to eat, this being one. I prefer cooking at home and saving money, so she treats. Anyways the last time I didn't feel like going so i was mute the whole time. It pissed her off, I was laughing inside. I didn't want to talk even when in the waffle House. Lo and behold a random couple started arguing like the people on those YouTube video compilations. I couldn't help but burst out laughing because of my drama and their drama was just so ludicrous. The staff looked so lost as how to handle the situation. To top it off my elderly mother was complaining about how the guy arguing with his wife was poking her all in her back, like it was so intentional lol . I could talk about my elderly mother which would make you life 3million times over but...

As to be expected from waffle house, it's a waffle house. As a long time customer of the waffle houses in the area, I'm sorry to say I will not be back to this location, because of the cook. Her name was Crystal. She was distracted almost the whole time, with literally on 4 people in the dinner eating. I ask specifically for 3 THREE EGGS over easy, and she only cooked 2 TWO, and when I said do not charge me for the extra egg, she blatantly lied and she she did cook 3. And about half of my other food came out late. I asked for raisin toast, she gave me regular toast, and my waffle came out halfway through the meal. The incompetence and laziness, and audacity to try and argue with a paying customer, is unacceptable. She should be fired immediately. The waitress was great.
