We ordered 2 fish sandwiches & 2 strawberry cream cheese pies. We were given 2 pies and 1 sandwich & told it would take 7 minutes to cook our other fish sandwich. We were told to pull around to the other side and park, and it would be brought to us. We did. We waited 15 minutes and no one came. By this time, we found that we had gotten the wrong pies. I pulled back to the window and asked for my sandwich and told them they gave us the wrong pies. They said they would have to cook us another sandwich cause they gave our other one away and for us to pull around again. They also wanted the pies we had cause they thought we were lying. They had 4 people at the window. While we were waiting again on the other side, we saw that they gave us the wrong pie again. We waited another 15 mins. and pulled to the window again. I told her I was waiting for my sandwich and that they gave me the wrong pie again. She got mad. She gave me my sandwich and gave me the right kind of pie. There was 4 people at the window. A guy took my order, a girl swapped my pies, and she also told the manager. She and the manager talked to me like it was my fault and they didn't want to wait on me. I live in Augusta. That was my first time going there and it was my last time. And, giving them 1-star was too much. They all need some lessons on customer service.    Read moreI purchased food for my family on 8/4/21 at around 3:35pm at the Popeyes at 3209 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA. The cashier Lawudriana took my credit card, put it in the terminal right next to the window visible to the patrons. I looked away for a second and when I looked back my card was gone and near the register and also by her personal cell phone. I asked why she had my card over there and if there was an issue. She said âoh I just put it there.âMind you, she shouldâve handed me back my card immediately. I said I donât trust people with my stuff to her and she said âI didnât do anything with your cardâ. My purchase was $34.15. I froze my card as fast as I could because I knew she was lying. Then I realized she gave me an incorrect receipt ON PURPOSE. I went back to ask for the original but was given a REPRINT of the original. I checked my credit card app and she charged me for my meal BUT ALSO ANOTHER MEAL for $17.75. I knew it was fishy. I called my credit union to report the fraudulent charges and to cancel the card!! I am highly disappointed in the dishonesty! Do not give them your credit card.    Read moreEvery time I go to this branch of Popeye's, they're out of everything and the service is so terrible.Today, all they had to drink was sweet tea, lemonade and water. I was informed that they no longer bother making unsweet tea because so few people order it... so if you're a diabetic, be prepared to drink water. The counter person took forever to get my order together and kept forgetting that I was okay with having Cajun rice with my red beans since they were all out of white rice. Then I watched her hand part of my order to someone else, but, in the end, she tried to claim that she had handed that bag to me. Thank goodness another counter person with sense saw me standing there the whole time and knew I had only received one bag. I ordered lemonade and returned for a refill and was told they don't do refills on lemonade. I've always gotten refills for all my drinks at this location, so you'd think they would have told me that if I ordered the lemonade, I couldn't get any refills. If they're not out of it, the food is great. It's just too bad that ownership and management don't care about every customer who walks through their door.
