I Rate this location a Whole 0! Horrible Customer Service and no resolve for messing my order up! After waiting 30 minutes for pizza and being patient while the manager cross communicated taking my order and talking to customers in the drive thru. Long story short manager was given my selection over the phone and I paused a few times because it was difficult for me to give her the order while she talks to others at the drive thru. However as I paused she repeatedly said I'm listening you can go ahead. How can you listen and talk at the same time? You can't which explains why my order was incorrect. I gave understanding and patience however it was not reciprocated! After returning home I realized my order was incorrect so I called. I expressed the situation to employee and he stated he has to talk to manager. Instead of the manager showing empathy and understanding and give a credit and quite frankly getting on the phone as a manager she had her employee relay messages of no resolve. I was told to bring the pizza back after I already sat and waited 30 minutes. What should have happen is you manager should have sent your delivery person to come pick the pizza up as this was your mishap not mine. I even expressed that I had a long day could I just be credited. Employee stated I would have to bring pizza back. So basically not only did you (Manager) screw my order up now you insult me as though I'm lying and require I bring pizza back. Really you do realize Covid 19 is still happening! I expressed I have a house full of boys after celebrating a birthday and that some of the pizza had been eaten. The employee then stated I understand do you have your receipt? I say yes. He says well you can bring your receipt. Finally my husband says I will go pick it up. I then say go ahead and make the pizza he is coming to pick it up. My husband gets there and the manager says she could not give him another pizza that we would have to bring the pizza. The same manager who took the order and screwed it up to begin with. Finally she says she can give a Credit. A credit of $5 ! There is no pizza on the menu for $5! There was no resolve or empathy at all Ms. Manager. I don't know what type of people you deal with but everyone and every situation is not the same. Everybody is not trying to get over or get something for nothing. That sure wasn't the case here but you treated it as such! I basically spent $50 for and incorrect order, pizza that quite frankly was nothing to brag about, and insulted! I could have gotten way better pizza and service with dominoes. Your customer service and people skills are horrible! Make good on the dis-service and take that $5 credit and Bless someone who really needs it. As for me and my family I will never support your establishment nor will I...
Read moreOh Pizza Hut, on 2625 Georgetown Rd. When will your management care about the quality of the service or the food?
See how they cut the pizza? Or forget to? I was a bit annoyed when the pizza showed up at my house looking like this. I had no idea cutting a pizza was this difficult. But. I ran to the store, desperate for a pizza cutter, found one, and made it home in record time. Then I tried to cut the pizza. Whew! I can tell you, after 3 hours, I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to cut the slices all the way through. I see now why they have such a difficult time separating all of the slices. What a hard thing to do, very difficult job.
Edit: Ok, fair bit of sarcasm above. But the unfinished pizza slices were the tip of the iceberg as far as quality control checks went. Ordered rootbeer for my daughter, got dr pepper. Dinner box advertised in one beautiful package? Everything together in one, for maximum heat-retention? Nope. Everything packaged separately, accelerating the cool off. Was out for delivery, showed up cold. If I wanted cold pizza that I had to put in the oven myself, I would have baked one and left it on the counter for an hour. Pre-tipped on the card. So that's gone. Plus side? The pizza tasted good after I reheated it.
Here's some suggestions I pulled from the (dis)satisfaction survey they sent me.
Dear Pizza Hut: Your management is asleep at the wheel. This is evidenced by the extreme inconsistency with respect to care and attention to the job, as a direct result of poor training management. Consistent training = consistent results Inconsistent training = poor customer experience.
"How can we raise your satisfaction level next time?" Send the correct drinks. Send hot food. No one likes cold pizza. No one. At least not straight from the delivery driver. Provide a way to reduce the amount of tip prepaid on a credit card, in case the pizza takes 45 min to get to the door after the "out for delivery" notification is received.
Conclusion: They may not always get it wrong, but when they do, boy is it gonna be a doozy. And you know what? They won't care, because They Already Have Your Money. Personally, if I'm spending hard-earned money on things, I'd rather do it with a company and location that consistently puts out a quality product. But I'm still searching. That is all....
Read moreI placed an order tonight! They delivered the wrong order. So o called them right back. They asked what was delivered so I opened it and told her. The manager said to give it back to the driver and my order was coming. So I said ok. After it took a while And my husband asking what if he getting our order from someone else’s house! I decided to call back and just tell them to give me my money back. Since I paid cash the driver had to come back and get the pizza and give me my money.
