I wish I could’ve rated this place zero stars but unfortunately it won’t let you do that. So first of all the wait for the drive-through was absolutely ridiculous and so is the fact that their dining room is closed before 7:30pm so you have no choice but to indore the long wait sitting in the drive-through. Second issue was I ordered a fried chicken Cobb salad (no bacon w/ extra egg and extra ranch) and a french fry. I even asked the girl that handed me my food and took my order if the extra ranch and egg were included and she said yes, I thought it was a pretty easy order, but apparently I didn’t have the common sense to check it before I left and by the time I got back home and went to eat my food I realize that they forgot to give me the extras that I had ordered and paid for and even gave me extra bacon which I did not want at all. So needless to say, I was not happy that I had to trek back out into the pouring rain to sit back through the drive-through for another 10 minutes only to be told by the same girl that took my order the first time to pull into a parking spot and they will bring my food out to me This took another 10+ minutes for me to finally get my correct order. BUT what really made me livid was the girl at the window when I had told her what was wrong with my order and she immediately repeated back to me the exact opposite of what I just told her, all the while she had the biggest smirk on her face! I literally wanted to jump through the drive-through window and slap that smirk right off of her face! I didn’t find the situation funny at all, and for her to do that is very disrespectful. Specially, since I wasted over an hour in the pouring down rain just to get your stupid salad and some french fries! And once I finally got my food, all I got was a quick little “sorry about that” as the manager handed me my food and scurried off. It wasn’t even a sincere apology. Honestly I would drive the extra milage and go to a different Zaxby’s. I would never go back to this one again. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had issues with this location. Every time I’ve gone there there’s always something wrong with my order. And as another suggestion maybe you should get someone else working the drive-through window because the girl that you have now lacks some serious...
Read moreI went to this Zaxbys at 4:14 pm...I ordered 2 W/Things with the all flats...I got to the windows a young lady spoke an took my 17.26...Then then young guy comes from out didn't wash his hands and opens the window as says u had a large coke with a zax plate I said no he states Oh hold on...He passes my food out the chicken was so old look like it had been sitting all day so I ask could I get this fresh please..I sit at the window 10 mins he walks back an say can u pull up its gone take a while an we have a line behind u..I stated ok no problem..I look at my watch it 530 I walk inside they say we still cooking it for ikr no problem went back to my car...It's now 545 no food walkin in young lady ask for my receipt the guys need it to make your order...He pass the food up an it the same food I gave back...I ask to speak to a manager a lady came I explained to her I want fresh food I don't mind waiting she didn't take my food back she walks to the back with an attitude an get the chicken out the fry vats an fix the wings comes back an said here u are I said well ma'am all that time my fries an everything else it cols she states Oh I didn't know u wanted that fresh too...I'm like commen sense would say u don't want some hot some cold...She states Oh well u didn't say they was cold so another Manager comes up attitude what the problem why is she still here explain to him what was going on...He says ok we replace the chicken takes the boxes that had the first chicken out like I wanted free food or something I said I didn't come her for free food I came here to eat...The time now is 605...I ask to speak to somebody over both of them he came up front an he remembered me from the window explained it again he states what can I do ma'am im sorry he refunded me an gave me the food but mind u the guy manager was like I'll talk to u later...Whole point is I wasn't here for free food I was here to spend my hard earned money for something I like to eat...the manager are rude an have the nastiest attitudes..If all the manager that came out while I was having the issue was on the floor I might not have had the problem...I will never eat here again bc I don't have too I chose to no my little money might nor mean much to u but somebody else business will...
Read moreMe and my husband came here for dinner. we went through the drive thru and the man that took our order outside didn’t even get the order right. we finally get to the window after waiting for 15 minutes, and the people at the drive thru were rude from the jump and didn’t even give us a receipt. A girl hands us our drinks and food and we go home, check the food, it’s not our order AT ALL. I personally go back up there into the lobby to have them remake my food at the staff didn’t even say sorry for ANY of the mess ups THEY made. They all stood around talking about me like i wasn’t right in front of them listening to what they were saying. It took them 3 times to get my very simple order correct. They gave us cold chicken but fresh fries. and i asked them for extra seasoning on the fries and when i checked, there was NONE. i asked for extra seasoning and informed them there was no seasoning on my fries, one younger black girl says “MAN SHE LYING!!!!!” extremely loud and the staff continued to talk about me in extremely rude ways. there was even a lady next to me with the same issue. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until now, and it was BEYOND. AWFUL. i want something done about this because not only was my order wrong multiple times, they staff were TALKING ABOUT ME SAYING...
