Subway — Restaurant in Augusta

I usually go to the Wrights boro Rd store, but decided to go to this one because it was closer.

I'm not giving the location a low score because of the food or the service. I am giving it a 1 star because the poor lady that was working there was completely overwhelmed. I went here on 4/3 around 9:45 pm. I placed my order online in order to get in and out faster. The lady that was working there was really doing her best to accommodate everyone, but the line was about right people deep. This store is inside Doctor's Hospital, and employees count on this as a quick food option to keep from leaving the facility.

Shame on you Subway for having one employee trying to work this location. And to add injury to insult, the person that was working was new.

They once again refused to honor coupons. A week ago they accepted them! Two weeks prior to that they refused them! I'll keep on trying though! Hit or miss with the overall quality of their sandwich depending on who makes it!...

Poor service!! I walk in and they ask me to leave saying six people only well there is 9 in the restaurant already. I'm the only one ask to leave and wait outside while there is 9 people inside. Will never go back to this...
