THIS PLACE IS AN ORGANIZATIONAL MESS FROM THE FRANCHISE OWNERS TO THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE!! SIMPLE ORDER EXTRA LARGE COFFEE CREAM AN SUGAR. NOPE!! WHAT CHU WANT?!?! PLEASE PULL UP. THEN THE OWNER ASKED ME FOR MORE DOLLAR BILLS SINCE MINE DIDN'T HAVE LINES THROUGH THEM. SINCE WHEN DO PEOPLE CHECK FOR WATER MARKS ON ONE DOLLAR BILLS?!?! THERE IS ONLY ONE COFFEE GIRL THAT KNOWS HER JOB AN I AM SURE IS WAY UNDER PAID!! MISS LISA COFFEE GIRL WILL REMAKE YOUR DRINK IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY. BUT I CHOOSE TO DRIVE TO GALENA, BECAUSE THEY KNOW AND UNDERSTAND HOW TO RUN AND OPERATE A SUCCESSFUL FRANCHISE AND THEIR EMPLOYEES REPRESENT THEIR BRAND IN THAT LOCATION!!...
