Culver’s — Restaurant in Aurora Township

So yesterday we get there, there is one old couple in front of my daughter ordering two Concrete mixers to go. Two carloads of about 25 kids and adults get out come into the place place their orders one-by-one individually all of them get their orders including meals and ice cream and Shakes and Sundaes before my daughter even gets her order.I literally sat in the car and watched all of these people get their meals, come to the tables with their tickets waiting for the food to be delivered while my daughter was still in the restaurant, she literally came out after every single one received their order. She said the working teenagers inside there were rude. All of those youngsters were climbing around on table standing around on benches and chairs. And they were the ones that received the priority service? A raspberry cheesecake concrete mixers were disgusting there were no raspberries in there. Please avoid this location.I am so disgusted...

Usually I get excellent service at Culver's, but this time at North Auaora location; not so much! I knocked one point off this time because my order was messed up and since we don't get a receipt at the counter, where I could have caught it, we had to wait longer then usual for our food which was already annoying. When it arrived I didn't think it was ours because the frozen custard was white, and we were gonna share a double scoop flavor of the day which was chocolate with caramel and pecans. The young man took the plain vanilla and came back with chocolate and pecans. No caramel! My husband took first bite and said it tasted like chalk. My burger was made wrong as well. I asked for everything on it and they only put ketchup and mustard. I was going to talk to the manager, but my husband said let it go. If I could give this Culver's a zero star review, I would. I LOVE Culver's in general, it is one of my favorite places for a quick bite. However, this Culver's was not good. We ordered a kids meal and changed the fries to cheese curds, which costs $3 btw (even though the kids meal is only like $6 to begin with). Then when we realized that's why our charge was so high (before we received our food and before we paid) the cashier refused to change our order to french fries because the order was already being made. THEN we left and realized the butterburger was completely wrong. Even though they repeated the toppings to us TWICE and it was right on the receipt stapled to the bag, the toppings on the actual burger were all wrong. The brurger was cold, coated in an excess of mayonnaise, and overall gross. Not a good experience and we definitely will not be going back to...
