Great place if you want a Karen to take your order. It was just like the Karen’s you see on YouTube all rude and mean, she clearly hates her job but that’s okay! Around 12:40am I went and order 2 French Vanilla iced coffee and the employee did not know what the order was. I was shocked because usually I’m the one asking what’s on the menu and not the other way around. Regardless it felt great because I felt like I was finally able to help a blind person out. After playing 21 questions with the worker trying to make my 2 French vanilla iced coffee I noticed something strange. . . They both had different colors, I noticed she made the coffee wrong but I did not have the courage to tell her that they were wrong because I felt bad for her. . She was not good at 21 questions so I shouldn’t be surprised she wasn’t good at making iced coffee either. The coffees also taste weird. It does not taste like coffee at all, it taste like someone’s ashes mixed with creams and sugars with blessings from the holy bible.
At this point I think I should of just flushed the $7.40 down the toilet because I feel like they went to waste. Decided to hand the extra coffee to a homeless guy that was standing on a traffic light and not even he wanted it because he said it tasted like a “dogs armpit” ~homeless guy2020
If you guys want a similar experience, go to Dunkin around midnight to see for yourself. Make sure that you know you what you want because I believe the lady is blind. So please be patient with...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Dunkin’ was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
I went through the drive-thru and was handed a hot coffee, even though I had ordered an iced one. Mistakes happen, and I politely let the employee at the window know. She quickly corrected it, which I appreciated.
However, while waiting, I overheard another staff member (I believe the one taking drive-thru orders) making rude comments about me. I could clearly hear her through the open window. I calmly let the employee at the window know that it really wasn’t that serious — sometimes the speaker makes it hard to hear — but it was unnecessary and unprofessional for her coworker to be speaking about a customer like that, especially within earshot.
I’ve worked retail before. I get that it can be frustrating. But if you choose to work in customer service, basic professionalism and respect should come with the job. If you absolutely need to vent, at least have the awareness to step away from where customers can hear you.
I wasn’t rude, I didn’t raise my voice — I simply corrected a small mistake. And for that, I was talked down about like I had done something wrong. Honestly, it left a really bad taste in my mouth. I hope this location takes the opportunity to remind their staff about appropriate...
Read moreAt 10pm Monday night I walked in and ordered a green unsweetened iced tea. I also requested the Senior discount since I am 56 and all other Dunkin Donuts I go to honor a Senior discount to 55+. As far as I can tell on the internet this age applies to all DD Nationwide. The employee informed me, "I think you have to be 65". I informed her, "The DD policy is 55+ Nationwide, you can check on the internet yourself. It's been the policy for years.". The employee did issue me the Senior discount. When I paid I gave her $2.60 instead of the $2.50 the order came up to. (I gave her a dime too much by mistake.). The employee then said to me, "If you have been doing this for years you should "know" how much it costs!!!" I informed her, "I normally order iced coffee not green tea". I paid for the order but she got me so upset with her smart aleck comment and treating me as if I was a criminal simply because I asked for the Senior discount which I qualify for that I walked right out without even taking my green iced tea even though I paid for it. If DD is going to treat Seniors as if they are criminals simply for requesting the Senior discount which THEY offer why even offer one in the...
