I recently visited your establishment on Sunday, April 28th, 2024, at 2pm. I came in to pick up pizzas that I had ordered for my child's 1st birthday celebration.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing encounter with two male managers during my visit. All I asked for was my order and their names so that I could address my concerns with corporate regarding the customer service I experienced, in which they cursed me out and said they would not give me either manager’s names. It appeared that there was someone new being trained on the register, which I completely understand. However, I believe there was no need for the managers to yell at me, especially in front of other customers, including children. He then said he was canceling my order for 7 pizzas, with no reason.
I tried to contact corporate to express my concerns, but I was unable to reach them as they are closed on weekends. I genuinely hope that these managers are held accountable for their behavior. It is crucial for businesses to treat their paying customers with respect and provide exceptional service. No customer should be subjected to such treatment, regardless of their gender.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as I believe it is essential for the management team to be aware of the incident. I trust that you will address this situation appropriately and take the necessary steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Read more(Please read)07/25/2021 placed an order of 8 pizzas 3 different styles on sat to pick up on Sunday 3pm got a email saying that they were ready so we call to see if they could holdem for another hour, manger said no problem and when i went to pick them up, surprise there was no pizzas because he said (manager) the we have alredy pick them up and i said "how is tha possible if i don't have them nd he stated that someone pick up the pizzas with just givin the name at this point i am upset and they were very busy with a lot of people waiting for their pizzas then he told me to wait so he can remake them and while o waited for an hour or more i was watching the employees working and what i saw was awful, so just gonna list what i saw (so know that i have years of restaurant experience) young ladie working with acrilic painted nails she walked out to her car came back with her keys and drink grabed broom and dust pan to sweep floor and went back to handle ingredients to pizza without washing or putting gloves, at this point notice everyone else doing the same not washing hands and handling all kinds of staff (computer, broom, hair, hats, touching sweaty face etc) place was a mess but being that busy i understand that part then all of the sudden i don't know what happen but they had to shutdown and close and i was able to only get 5 crapy with little meat out 8 pizzas ordered a lot people had to be refunded i was one of them! Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with Little Caesar’s. I placed a pick-up order the day before, for 2 cheese pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas, 2 sausage pizzas, 4 Italian cheesy breads, and 4 breadstick combos to be ready at 3:45 PM. However, on the day of pick-up, I got a notification that my order was ready at 2:00 PM – almost two hours early. This meant my food sat in the warmer, becoming stale and dry.
When I arrived at 3:45, the worker told me they couldn’t even find my order! I had to wait another 10 minutes while they were helping other customers. Once they finally found my order, I mentioned that I had ordered 50 sauce cups. Instead of quickly grabbing them, they continued to help other guests, so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while my food sat in the car getting cold.
And to top it off, I discovered later that they forgot my 4 breadstick combos! By then, I was already at my event, 20 minutes away. I tried calling the store and the customer service line, but no one answered.
