El Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I went to this place and ordered two burritos and chips with salsa. The lady repeated our order two times each time I said yes that is correct. We paid for our items through the drive through and went home. We unwrapped the food to find one burrito was correct and the other was completely not what we ordered. It was the wrong meat and everything. I and asked for the manager and was told he was not in. The other person said he could help. I explained the whole thing and was told he would write our name in a book and the next time we came he would remake the one burrito for us for free. I said thank you and went on with my evening. My daughter return to the place and told them she had our name in the book for a burrito that was made incorrectly. They said there was no such book or name. She described the person and told them the date and time we had come. The lady told me that she was a manager and that they would have never told me this. Then later she said oh the cashier wrote it down but he is not allowed to do this. Then she told me I would have had to drive all the way back to exchange the burrito in order to get the one I actually ordered. REALLY!!!! You made my food completely wrong and you except me to drive all the way back to your restaurant and wait again for my food to be made correctly. This is BS!!! I will never eat at this place again! The manager was rude, lied and has no customer service skills at all. If your employee doesn't and isn't allowed to write someones name down then why is he doing it. If he did then you should honor it without arguing with the customer. Funny thing is we were going to buy another burrito and chips. Oh well, they obviously don't need our business. Worst experience ever, Horrible Service.I want to start off by saying I don't ever give any businesses bad reviews even when they make mistakes Because I my self am a business owner. But this was just the worst experience I have had at a business. I order 4 tacos and two rice waters in the drive through. When I got to the window the cashiers looked confused, Then they ask me what my order was. I told them 1 steak taco, 3 cabeza tacos and two large rice water. They told me it would be 25.00 dollars instead of 16.00 because they didn't charge correctly. I was fine with this no problem people make mistakes I paid her and she handed my receipt to me, I checked my receipt to make sure everything was good I noticed it said chicken tacos and I pointed out that my order was wrong. She took my receipt and looked at it and said don't worry about it you will get what you order. I ask her for my receipt back she then told me to go wait on the side of the restaurant. I waited for 30 minutes only to have a lady come out and demand 1.00 something Because they didn't charge me correctly. At this point her attitude got to me. I handed her my card and told her charge me because I just wanted to leave at this point. She want inside Charge my card and came back and hand my cards to me a long with two receipts and want back inside 5 minutes later comes out with my food. My mom was first introduced to this place by her friend, and she ordered a steak and shrimp burrito with extra of both meats. She loved it and wouldn't stop talking about it. Mothers day we went so she could split the very same burrito with me. We ordered a large burrito, extra steak and extra shrimp, no tomato or pepper, and sides of sour cream, avocado slices, and guac. We has also ordered some other things. the other things we ordered (2 drinks and a tamale) were fine, but the burrito was almost 100% WRONG. there was only 4 pieces of shrimp and the wrong meat, neither was the "Extra" we ordered. It was stuffed full of green peppers and there was a ridiculous amount of onion. (and I love onions, so this even was to much for me) there was no sour cream, no quac, no avocado anywhere. It was also for some reason spicy- like not from the green peppers but like the kind of spice from a hot pepper.

needless to say she doesn't want to come here anymore. Im rating it 2 stars for the drinks and tamale, but they entirely messed up our order and neither of us could stomach it. the burrito alone costed us over 20$ with the extras so 20$ for a spicy, overpowering, and somewhat sickening burrito we didn't order.
