I have been coming to this location for over a year and everytime I go, I always have a good experience. One of the employees who works there is Manish. He knows me so well, he knows the exact sandwich I want and how I want it made. Any time I go in he welcomes me with a sincere smile and asks how my day is. I’ve seen Manish and how much hard work he puts in prepping for the days and to ensure customer satisfaction. Disgusting! I walked in the worked cut open my sandwich he drop the knife he puts my sandwich in the oven then picks up the knife and put it right back in where the veggie station is! Ubereats messes up my whole situation. I tried to cancel immediately and pick up but it didn’t happen. When I walked in there was a young woman and young man. I was already angry and when I saw how young they were I assumed the worst. I was wrong. Really wrong. These kids were great, hard working and intelligent. In fact, if I were to compare them to the management level service at ubereats I would say they have a drastic advantage and considerably more knowledgeable than the 30 year olds I spoke to at Uber.
