WARNING: HAIR IN FOOD, GUYS IN THE BACK DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS. I was enjoying some food with my girlfriend and in the mist of her eating her tacos, she pulled a long black hair. We are DISGUSTED. So we did what any customer would do and asked to speak with the manager. We informed the manager, Joanna, regarding the long hair we found in the food. She did not care at all. First she wanted to remove one taco from the order. We told her we should not have to pay for the plate which had the hair. We were okay with paying the other orders but she thought we were trying to run a scam and get free food. We began to explain the aspects of customer service to her and that we shouldn't have to pay. She then stated that if we did not pay for the one taco which had the hair, she was going to call the police. We are astonished at this manager, Joanna, of her unprofessionalism and how rude she was in our experience. She then began to bargain by saying she can take off two soft tacos. We explained to her that we do not want to bargain, we are simply trying to get you to understand that we found a PEICE OF HAIR IN OUR FOOD and we wanted her to put herself in our situation. If she was a good manager, she would have put herself in our shoes and realize that this was not okay. We proceeded to pay for the tacos and informed her that this is the Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We left fully disgusted and very disappointed with management. We will be contacting the upper management and other food authority services too regarding this horrible experience. I hope nobody has to experience this type of service. Last night my family dined in this restaurant. I ordered tacos. Upon eating the second tacos I noticed something that looked like a worm. I showed it to the Manager as my family and I was grossed out. We all stopped eating and felt ill at the thought. I asked for a refund which was fair under the circumstances. The Manager declined as took off one Taco stating this is part of the meat. GROSS!!! I eat tacos all the time & nothing about the meat look like worms. Her compensation is not fair since none of us could finish our food. She declined my request to speak to someone of higher authority and insisted I talk to her peer. I want to speak to the owner. This is a health issue!!!

I really hope the response to my family's experience is from one of the employees & not really from the owner!!!! What does the grade of your beef and how it's prepared daily have to do with me finding something unsanitary in my food?? I would have expected a request of my contact info from the owner to discuss this serious matter in addition to Johanna's poor handling of the situation. So I was there on November 12th around five o'clock at night. My girlfriend and I went there since she knows the restaurant but yesterday we had a really bad experience. We had like 3 different waitress, and even though we had so many of them they didn't came to our table and check if everything was ok or to see if we needed anything. We got our food cold, my girlfriends plate had a hair in her guacamole, and the Cheese Chorizo didn't had the right cheese and it was hard. When we finally had someone asking how was everything I told them "that our food was cold and that there was a hair in the food" and the waitress said that he'll call the manager since he just had arrived to his shift, and my waitress had gone home already. SO The manager came to us and said this to us "there are a lot of people walking around so maybe it just flew to our plate" I ask myself how could of land it in our food when the hair was mix in the guacamole. He also said that usually happens but it's because the costumers are walking around.
