I promise to god if I come you give 0 stars I would!!!! Do not go to this location. I went there today ordered a $5 mash potato bowl w/ fresh popcorn chicken and a orange mtn dew light ice. Remind you the “shift manger tony supposedly couldn’t hear me on the intercom so he came out by my car and took my order so he knew specifically what I wanted bc I told him clearly and face to face.I got back home to eat, I opened it and my popcorn was so steal and old. I called and the same boy tony answered the phone and said “yoooooo” he didn’t have the courtesy and respect to say “ thanks for calling my kfc, how may I assist”. I then asked to speak with a manager, tony said “who’s calling” I then had to repeat myself can I speak to a manger. He then said he was the manager. I told him the issue with the food. He was so inconsiderate and acted like he couldn’t hear me. I then went back up there and tried to go inside and a worker said they were closed inside. I didn’t see any signs posted. I then went to the drive thru and tony was in the drive thru. I told him how I felt and he did nothing but arguing back with me for about 5 mins saying I had to park to get my refund or else I would be just sitting in the drive through looking stupid. the “area coach” Michele came to the window and asked me the issue, I then told her and she gave me my refund. They are privately owned. I will never ever go back to this location. EVER! My child count even eat the food that’s how bad it was!!!! So disgusting!!! The boy tony do not deserve that position. Read moreGreat location updated amazingly clean current over night staff not managed well current date 12/9/21 at 7pm. Management on shift was not keeping up with orders. She was saying “they are going to get what we got.” Uber order was missing whole meal because they are not cooking menu. They are cooking just enough to get by for the shift. Cook let crew know customer was in front which other staff brushed off and did not attend too. People prior to when I arrived expressed they had been waiting for over 20 minutes for orders they placed in the drive and were instructed to come in.... bring back old management this new management needs to be retrained they lack proper guidance and drive to keep up with a busy restaurant business... Only one employee was wearing his mask correct way not even the manager had her mask on...
