McDonald's — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Is 5:45pm! Should have been home at 5:20pm I stopped at this Mc Donalds on 1185 Victor McDonald's 1185 N farnsworth ave aurora Illinos! To get food for myself and my kids! I ordered a girls kids meal, 2 cheeseburgers, one side of Lg fries, a chocolate muffin and a Banana/Strawberry smoothie!! I drive off the restaurant and 10 min later once of road I decide to check my order, and realized that I don't have the smoothie! I call the restaurant to tell them that they forgot my smoothie, and I didn't even get my receipt to check my order! The Manager at that store who's name is Victor! Says to me, yes we have a banana/strawberry smoothie sitting here but you decided to cancel your order! I was like what? Why would I cancel my order, I'm not going to drive off and 10 min later call you for a smoothie that I suppose to have canceled! He was really rude, which by the way hung up on me! And said I will give you the smoothie once you pay for it! Once I got back I told him I wasn't going to pay for a smoothie that should have never got cancelled, 2 I had to drive back for a smoothie that should have been in my ordered in the first place! So he should have done something for an unhappy customer which is was their mess up on the first place anyways!! All he could say was well your receipt is here and I'm not going to give you the smoothie until you pay for it!! Which Victor you never apologized for your employees mistake and like I said, he hung up the phone once he didn't know what to say! They forgot to give me my receipt! And if they didn't charge me for the smoothie and whoever cancelled well it wasn't my fault! I will never go back to this Mc Donalds again and this so called Manager Victor needs some training in how to make customers happy and fix ur mistakes not by being rude but by apologizing and making the problem better! Worst freaking McDonald's ever! Asked for a fish filet sandwich plain n they give it to us with 1/4 of a cheese slice thrown on it like we're nobody. Asked the manager n she thinks it's funny. WHICH OF OFCOURSE DID NOT GO WELL WITH ME! I FOUND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DO THAT! Ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese n they managed to screw that up too. Asked for money back n she thinks it's funny to give out nasty food. They had the nerve to say only a 1,/4 slice of cheese is what they give. Which is not true! They're just trying to treat customers like garbage. Corporate needs to check on their lazy ppl. Ripping people off!! Get them some training on customer service!!!!! And training on food preparation! Thank goodness I don't have to come to this nasty McDonald's again! DON'T EVER BUY HERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE!...

OMG, We must be nuts to visit this place again. Trying to give folks the benefit of the doubt. No good service today, the 1st window where you pay she was so RUDE, her tone of voice! Then the other lady came to the pick up window, manager I guess, we tried to explain to her the order, cause 1st window gave the credit card back and CLOSED THE WINDOW without taking the money for the order. 2nd lady says the 1st lady was not rude in argumentative tone (rude also). Coke no ice order, full of ice, burgers, tiny on big bun looking nothing like the commercials. Asked for receipt was told it was in the bag AND it wasn't. Bottom line is, it was an AWEFUL experience, had a hungry autistic guy to feed, we should have spent the $17.24 someplace else. (Don't know if that price is right, no receipt to check) We will NEVER go...
