Very disappointed. I had to wait for about 10 minutes outside in the heat for someone to take my order, then the guy who took my order was upset (I think because they are understaffed for the amount of people and work to do). I went there because my husband loves concrete ice cream but even him was disappointed with his ice cream because the guy put the fudge and everything at the top of the cup but then it was just vanilla ice cream. Mine was a little bit better (seasonal lemon bar concrete), but I'm not planning to go back at least to that location.

The team working at the Quincy and Picadilly Andy’s tonight was absolutely incredible! I have to give a specific shout out to Ella working at the front window. She was the friendliest and sweetest ever! She made my night and whipped up a special request- a blackberry shortcake sundae. The whole team working was in such a good mood and their joy was contagious. This Andy’s is 5 minutes from my house and I’m so excited to come back, not only for the best custard but also for the best customer service ever!

It was very good. They have so many flavors to pick from and it was so hard to decide. If you haven't been here yet then you should definitely come and get the concrete custard.

The custard is delicious and addicting. It's on a pricier side, but there is a rewards program. Problem is the 1st time I went there (I was the only customer as it was middle of the day Tuesday) no one even mention the rewards program. I wanted only fruit so they custom blended it for me and it was not an item listed on the menu. I ordered 2 medium concretes (1 for a friend) and had to ask for a lid to transport it, and it was around $26. The next time I was asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards and given a card they scanned. No one actually explained how the rewards work or that I needed to enroll to earn points. I spent $19 for 1 medium concrete which did not make sense, but I got 3 fruits mixed in instead of 2 this time I though maybe they charged it weord and since it was not on the menu I paid it as asked and they scanned my card. It was delicious. The 3rd time I ordered a large concrete with the same 3 fruits and it was $12.19. I was very surprised as I got the same size concrete as the time before but for less money. This time the cup was only filled up to 2 fongers away from the top, so not full like the time before. To clarify I got less custard but in same size cup, despite ordering a large this time and medium the last time and this time I paid less money. I wish there was some consistency. Also I was told that I would still get my points but apparently the scanning of the card on my 3rd visit delted my purchase from 2nd visit as ut was not registered until after 3rd visit. When I finally registered and looked at my history in the app only the last transaction showed up. I would have been over 50 points but I am only at 12. I feel like depending on who rings you up different prices are being charged and 3rd time I was definitely not given a receipt, and I don't think they actually ever asked me if I wanted one or gave me one on any of the visits, just seems weird with sizing and charges all variable and when I am paying over $12 for 1 cup of concrete you need to fill it up all the way. Maybe some training for the staff to get on the same page? I guess we shall see what happens on my 4th time. Now I am just curious.... BTW it's been less then a 2 weeks period for my 3 visits, so pls stop overcharging me or I will go back to...

My family and I have become regulars at Andy's Frozen Custard ever since it opened a few months ago, and it has quickly become our go-to spot for delicious frozen treats. The kids, especially, are enamored with the whimsical "Worms and Dirt" creation, featuring vanilla ice cream topped with crushed Oreo cookies and gummy worms – a playful and tasty delight that never fails to bring smiles.

From the classic vanilla ice cream to the indulgent Strawberry Shortcake Concrete, the Texas 2 Step Jack Hammer, and the delightful Birthday Cake Frozen Custard, each offering has been a hit with our family.

One of the things we love most about Andy's is the endless options for toppings. Whether you're in the mood for something fruity, chocolatey, or a mix of both, there's something to satisfy every craving. The ability to customize our treats with a wide array of toppings allows us to create unique and personalized desserts each time we visit.

Beyond the tasty treats, Andy's Frozen Custard also stands out for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The service is good, and the staff members go above and beyond to ensure that every customer has a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

They have a drive-through available now, or you can park your car and order at the window from the giant menu display with...

A one start review is gracious. Please save your money and spend elsewhere. We ordered 4 items off of the menu with 2 orders in front and it took 28 minutes. There we went at about 3PM and thee were about 3 orders in front of us. Our first two items came out in 10 minutes, but the last 2 took an addition 15 minutes after the first part of our order came out. No one from the back acknowledged us so that we could inquire about the last 2 items in our order. When we were able to ask about our last 2 items, they made them incorrectly even after showing them our receipt. All 4 of our items, once received directly from the person were not frozen and were so melted it was spilling liquid over the cup. How could they in good conscience give that to a paying customer? No names or numbering system is in place to ensure the correct people were getting orders and was just a terrible overall experience. The customer service and menu items are inadequate and suggest you go elsewhere. Very...
