Ugh I hate to do a bad review right now with the times the way they are but I spent my hard earned money to keep a tradition this holiday to keep things a little normal. I had a bad experience years ago with bad service and never went back (partly because I lived in TX for 4 years) I decided to get the Bouche De Noel and I absolutely regret it! First I arrived 2 hours before the time that they told me to, waited in line in the freezing cold for them to tell me mine wasn’t ready?? I was ticked but thought well at least it’s fresh! Nope totally wrong! Went back waited back in line in the freezing cold got in there they couldn’t find my order... told them I was just there 2 hours before and he told me to come back. Finally found it! Anyways the cake was horrible!!! Cake was dryer than dry! The frosting tasted terrible like they over churned it. I will never be back! I had tried their pastries the day I ordered the Cake and they were also terribly dry. So...

I've been trying to review this place for at least 2 years. My favorite so far is the gluten-free brownie. You would never know it's gluten-free. It's so dang good. I wish I had gotten two. She told me you can't tell it's gluten-free, but I was skeptical. She was right. That was the best brownie I've had in a long time. It's the best. I'm calling it.

I loved the spinach quiche. I got a quarter piece. The crust was flaky, tender, soft, and buttery. The texture of the quiche was smooth and creamy. I made a short rib sandwich with the butter croissant. I haven't tried all my purchases, but the chocolate gauche square was rich and super sweet. That's when you need a hit of chocolate. It will not let you down.

Customer service was awesome. I didn't stay and eat there. I had my dogs in the car, so my order was to go. The place was clean and had plenty of inventory to choose from....

DO NOT TRUST. I made the mistake of trusting them to make my daughter's 1st birthday cake, they said they could make it look like the picture I sent and it did not look anything like it in the end.There was no effort in decorating this cake. (Sloppy looking, not roses like I requested, unmatching flowers, dark pink smears in the center of the cake, a sad excuse for Pearl's in the corner, etc). When I told them I was unhappy they removed the decorating fee but this cake was still 90$ and I did not have time to order a new one somewhere else. When I spoke to the manager he said that this was quality was a "miscommunication" and that I was supposedly knew this was going to be the outcome. I would have never believed that a company who claims to do wedding quality work would provide such an embarrassing product. PLEASE DO...
