Donut Palace — Restaurant in Aurora

I stopped in here today and I got a dozen discounted donuts and a couple other ones the total was $10.90 and then I got to my car and down the road and I got a alert from my credit card saying it had been charged $11.40 which is only $.50 but the lady didn’t tell me that there was any kind of transaction fee or anything and when I called back she hung up on me she got mad at me and hung up on me it’s not about the $.50 but it’s just that she didn’t tell me and to me those 50 since they add up over a period of time if they’re doing that to every person that swipes up debit or credit card the donuts were good but I just feel like that was so wrong and then for...

We had a very odd experience: we ordered some coffees and some donuts and what came out as coffee was some kind of cold brown drink with coffee grounds and chunks of food in it.

We then asked for a new coffee and we were given some kind of chocolate drink with coffee grounds in it.

After waiting nearly 15 minutes for our third round of coffees we decided to call it quits and ask for a refund. She would only refund the price of the coffee but not the donuts even though we had not eaten them because we were still waiting for our coffee.

And besides all that they are ridiculously overpriced.

Will never be going back...

I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.....not even a Cop!!!

Was a frequent visitor here (2-3 times a week) until today. I'm ok with being over charged EVERYTIME based on their menu prices....but today when they gave me the wrong donut I took it back to exchange just 2 mins after I bought it. The lady owner asked why I tore the donut, I said I just reached in bag to find it wasn't what I ordered. She was upset as if she was going to give it to the next customer. She then proceeded to give me the double handed two middle fingers!! All cause I asked for what I ordered! Not a good way to treat your local...
